I have been getting my medication from this pharmacy since 2008 or so. I cant say enough good things about this pharmacy. Everyone is very professional and goes out of they way to provide excellent services. I got a call a few weeks ago about wanting my signature on a document, and the driver who has the document went out of his way to come to where I directed him of my location and find me. I don't believe anyone will do that. And each time I called to refilled my meds with no problem. Billing dept is wonderful. Cinndy from Billing is a great part of the billing dept. I don't speak to anyone but Cindy for any billing questions or paying my bill. I cant say enough about everyone that works at this company. I'm always happy and very satisfied with the timing and delivery of my meds. They should have a ratings of 100% instead of 5 stars. Have not gone to any other pharmacy since. They are the very best in excellent customer service, hands down!

Wonderful pharmacy! I seriously can't say enough about this place! My daughter takes quite a bit of meds right now and they are always on it. Whenever I call they are very polite and helpful! I have had trouble with recent pharmacies but never here! I call to refill and they sent the medicine off that day and I receive it the very next day. Thank you everyone who works there that has helped us!

I could not be happier with the service I receive from Bergen Pharmacy. I have strictly been a mail order customer and each experience has been smooth and effortless. Every time I call the pharmacy with questions, I am given a professional, knowledgeable individual who answers my questions in a very understandable way (shout out to Sam who is fantastic!), I plan on transferring all of my prescriptions to them.

I have only the best things to say about this pharmacy. Have been using them for the past 4 years. They are professional and always answer the phone during hours of operation. They follow up with the Doctors to order refills even without any reminders. Delivery is excellent. Would not switch to another pharmacy.

My daughter has heart failure, the medicine she takes every two weeks is vital. This morning we discovered that there was a problem with her medicine. No fault to the pharmacy, the prescription just became frozen. Nonetheless, we were very concerned. We just filled it and just knew our insurance would not allow another refill before time. But Bergen's!!! They called the insurance, took care of everything to get it filled again. But that's not the BEST part. Just 30 minutes ago....a knock at my door. ...it's BERGEN'S!!!! THEY DROVE THE HOUR AND HALF TO DELIVER MY DAUGHTER'S MEDICINE.... PERSONALLY!!! They didn't have to do that, they could have just FedEx overnight and we would have just missed a dosage. But, they took the time to ensure my daughter's health was taken care of. I just wanted to say Thank you to the entire staff!! Thank you so much you are the BEST PHARMACY EVER!!!

My son was discharged from NICU with a prescription that the hospital sent to Bergen pharmacy, which I have never used before. There was an issue with my son being listed on the insurance, Dave followed up with me and my insurance multiple times to make sure my son’s very important medication was sent out and would be delivered on time for his dose today. Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, I am so impressed with the level of compassion and care Dave showed my family.

I been with this pharmacy for years and I would never go anywhere else no matter the distance. Very professional, Always Courteous and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Pharmacist are very caring and will answer your questions leaving you worried free. There is also parking in the back which is great considering the location. Plus whenever you may forget about your refills, the staff calls for a friendly reminder. I give this Pharmacy a 5star without a doubt!

Went here after going to ER with my sick 1 year old. Was told prescription would take 15 - 20 mins. And would be a total of $19 After about 35 40 mins I ask how much longer for the prescription because now it’s almost time to get my other children from school. After no communication or consideration front lady comes and tells me Dr must not have sent it because she can’t find it…….? So now I been here for a hour and they are willing to send me on my way. If the Dr never sent it how can I know it was 2 of them and a total of $19 I proceed to ask if I’m the only one awake and present. The pharmacist admits he remembers putting in bag yet no one is reassuring me just standing around wasting now time I no longer had. This Atrocious excuse of a female after having a argument with one of her BD on the phone decides to instead of alleviating the situation and getting my child his medicine proceeds to call out my sons name like she doesn’t know it’s for us although she has now been at the front desk. Rudely asks me if I’m Hunter. I say no. The baby is Hunter. Which is clear at this point. But she obviously didn’t have enough misery in her day and was looking to add some more. She proceeds to give me a hard time playing with the medicine putting it out for me to grab then taking it back. This is after she has the audacity to say “you’re upset your child is sick” “you need to worry about that snot” “that’s why your child is sick”. Sad to say that she in fact is a mother herself. Everyone in the office just stood back and let her carry on disrespecting me and my child after the fact they had misplaced my prescription and had me sitting for over a hour in this pharmacy for their stupidity and lack of urgency and just common sense. I will be complaining and taking further action

I been getting my medication here seen September 16 2016 The pharmacy are nasty and rude for no reason. Today got phone a call from one of the pharmacy asking do I need refills I said yes I do. She then hang up without giving me the list or name of the medications just nasty people. Then I call back to speak with a manager I told him I also talk to someone else at the pharmacy give me numbers of bottle of medication and not the name if the refills medication being send to me.He then start to argue with me and hang up. Then I call back and was never help and was told by a different pharmacy to find somone I will change this unprofessional and rude place beware of this place.

Delivery service is unreliable. Called on Friday and was told they would send out the medication same day never received it and now don’t have it for the weekend. Thankfully it wasn’t one of my life saving medications or I would’ve been even more furious.

They screwed me over. Kept telling me they would contact HUMC about 1 of my meds that keep me alive since my kidney transplant. They lied and said nobody answered. I called and got the transplant office in 5 seconds. Thanks a lot! Useless!
