I absolutely adore the personal attention I receive at Riley’s Drugs! I needed to buy some thumb splints, and Melina helped me choose the exact type I needed. She is so kind, patient, and sincerely helpful!

This is my public thanks to Riley's Drugs and their staff. I have been taking care of my sickly aunt for about a year. When I started taking care of her, she was on around 20 meds. Riley's has always made sure her meds were filled quickly and communicated if there was a reason for delay. But they did so much more than that too. Everytime I walked in needing help, their was a friendly person there to help. Wound care supplies, supplements, creams, etc they have it all and are happy to help you pick the best one. I'd walk in with a list of otc's from the doctors and they'd help me get every. single. one. When I had questions about new prescriptions, they answered every question. They never made me feel like a burden or an annoying customer for needing help. So thank you. Thank you for helping me navigate something so hard, thank you for kindness, thank you for your knowledge, and thank you for being reliable. 💖💖💖 To anyone else reading this. I recently decided to get away from the large chains and give a locally owned pharmacy a chance. My physician sent my prescription to Riley's today. The staff was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I wish I had made the change sooner.

Hands down the best pharmacy in the Lexington area. Forget CVS or Walgreens, these people here at Riley's are the most genuine and caring individuals and support those in need. Luke deserves a raise after filling my prescription right at closing. The entire team has the upmost respect and courtesy to their community. Their actions, diligence, and hardwork provide blessings to people beyond their job. Thank you. Riley's has my loyalty to the end.

I needed to buy a walker and went to Riley’s Drugs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had no idea that they now make tennis balls that actually attach to the back legs. They made sure the walker was the correct height for me and attached the tennis balls. When it was time to check out, I could not find my wrist purse. Thinking I sat it down somewhere in the store, two employees helped me look for it. As it turned out, I had left it in my car (how embarrassing!) I highly recommend this business and will definitely return!

They take care of all of our drug needs! And bullets, yes, you can pick up your drugs and grab some bullets. What else can you ask for from your hometown drug store.

I have been getting my prescriptions here since 2001. I now live in Charleston but still get them down at Riley’s. They are first class and always so kind and helpful in taking care of my medicines.

I had to choose one star to leave a review. I would choose to not leave any if I could. Riley’s will leave you without crucial medicine and then lie to you about their mistake. Do yourself a favor and call Hawthorne Pharmacy.

Truly the definition of a small town business. Super friendly, very knowledgeable. Forget the “franchise’ pharmacy and support your local businesses.

If personalized service and expertise is what you're looking for, this is the place. I needed a shower seat after knee surgery and the staff brought them out to the parking lot to choose from, saving me from walking in. I have a rash due to the surgery and the rep was nice enough to suggest the pharmacist come out to look at it. Couldn't have been a better experience. This is what we all want to experience but which rarely happens in the big box stores. I'll stick with this business and skip the long lines, horrible parking, and barely survivable attitudes of most chain stores staffed by workers who don't want to be there.
