Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens pharmacy. I have been dealing with Walgreens for 10 years in another city but I moved. I have never had problems with medications etc. until I started coming to this pharmacy. They messed up my medications so many times. Untrained staff dealing with customers that don’t have a clue what they are doing. I’ve been living here 6 months and I have had the worst experience with them. Today the guy at the counter asked me what medication I need refilled. Um sir isn’t it in your system. I can see it on the app so why can’t you see and tell me what I am getting. I won’t be a customer there much longer.

I just called this store & spoke with Delores. She could not simply answer the question if they have a disposable bin for expired RX. She kept trying to transfer me to pharmacy & as usual the phone just rang & rang & nobody picked up! EDUCATE YOUR STAFF!! She didn’t even know the answer to a very simple question!!
