Medsync Pharmacy

I've used this pharmacy several times and the employees there were very helpful and the prescriptions filled promptly. However, when I picked up my prescriptions this last time, I noticed that an item (of which I got two), that was usually $29, was priced at $99. I called the pharmacy and was told that when they have insurance cover the cost of the medication (my copay was low), they charge the customer and extra "out-of-pocket" cost to off set the amount they are short on since they would charge a lot more if I was paying out of pocket than what insurance covers. This was never mentioned to me before. It seems very unethical and dishonest. When I called them to talk about it, they told me I could get my prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy and just pay my low copay with insurance and get the kits from them for only $29 if I wanted to save money. Again, this seems very unethical. I'd recommend using a different pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. They do a compounding cream for me and I’ve been with them for almost 6 years now, I will never go anywhere else. They txt you when it’s ready, which is very fast. They are head and shoulders above other pharmacies in terms of quality of people they hire - they are all extremely polite and friendly. I come through and I’m smiling and driving in 1 minute. They can also mail it to you! These guys and gals are the best, I’ll never go to another pharmacy.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was sent to Medsync by my doctor because they are the only pharmacy that has it. From the beginning we were greeted and helped. Their customer service is amazing. I really recommend Medsync. Thank you for assisting me.

One of the best pharmacies in the country. We're lucky to have a place like this that's independent.

Friendly and reasonable if you don't have insurance.

They are amazing. I had to get quite a few medications for something I have never been through before, and the lady that helped me was super awesome. I was overwhelmed and she calmed me down and saved me a bit of money by running my insurance card. I was super pleased with the process and will definitely be using them again.

I fell on the black ice…should’ve known better. I went to the urgent care on park center in Boise. After examining me they called a muscle relaxer in to Medsync. The prescription was ready by the time I got there. Returned in less than a week with Covid. Had a med to pick up. They are great.

Such an awesome staff. Everyone is always very polite and accommodating. You feel like the people here actually care. Prices are great as well. Literally anything I've called about is resolved in minutes (whether its new prescriptions, changing payment methods, getting prescriptions on auto-refill, etc). 6/5 !!

Unfortunately, I waited until my current pharmacy imploded, before calling Medsync today. I couldn't believe the Pharmacist actually answered the phone!! Ryan was extremely friendly, patient with my questions about "compounding", and very professional. I'm excited to transfer all my scripts to Medsync! Thank you so much, Ryan!!

My only meager complaint with Medsync Pharmacy is the fact that they are not open on the weekends. However, a little forward planning works around this. Every member of the staff I have dealt with in person or over the phone have been outstanding. Very reliable. Very personable.
