Walked in after a vascular procedure in need of a compression stocking. The lady who waited on me could have not been nastier. She needed to stay home had no business being in a service business. Lack of compassion and basic human kindness. Ended up ordering from Amazon.

The ladies in customer service are rude. Delays when ordering refills. Lack of communication when a script is needed. They just leave it dormant until you follow up. And let’s not forget certain medical scripts can’t get processed when specific staff is off. When I called to complain there was no know to complain to per the lady who answered the phone.

Staff was polite...if you need medical equipment, make sure you call for a appt. The women who measures body parts and orders are appt. only.

This was me first visit. The ladies were wonderful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! The process be fair. The store be well stocked. I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Ever find one of those places where all great things involved in customer service come together? This is the place. We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra’s to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I’d leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they’re fabulous.

I called to see if they have a medication I take in stock. The first woman who I spoke to was very nice! But unfortunately wasn’t the pharmacy… she transferred me and the woman who picked up in the pharmacy was very short and rude. I was looking to transfer my prescriptions over from CVS in Cohoes because their customer service is awful, but I guess Marra’s isn’t any better. It’s very upsetting.
