Olde Virginia Pharmacy

I loved them as a pharmacy in the beginning years but, My experience with the past two years is been awful and I believe it’s singled down to a certain blonde female employee. I will call in my prescriptions. Go there give them two or three days time mind you nothing will be filled. She’ll say all my medicines are not refillable, but three of mine are only 10 day prescriptions as I also allow several days after because I’ve had this problem. Hundred times when I question her about it she has no answer for me. Why she can’t fill those if I call and only some of them have refills left and no refills which requires a doctor to refill them they won’t contact the doctor. They will give me the prescriptions that they have When I called the doctor. They won’t refill everything because I didn’t call the but I still have the problem of not having them refilled, she knows I don’t have a vehicle she knows. I don’t have a way to get there, but it is like I’m getting tortured because for some reason she does not like me and is not good business. They advertise delivery. I am in within the 5 mile delivery radius, but she said they can’t deliver to me because they don’t have any employees.

I have been going to this pharmacy since I was in 8th grade I’m 44 now I’ve always loved the ppl there never had an issue until now the rudeness of the little girl running the window daughter granddaughter or whoever she is throwing my change at me slamming the window is unacceptable I’ve NEVER been treated like this EVER she needs to get her face out of the phone and do her job I will not be going bk and it’s sad cause I like Scott and the woman there but this is unacceptable she gonna get a dose of reality one day and I was praying and holding my tongue that it wasn’t gonna be me

Older Virginia has been my pharmacy for a number of years. Scott and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. Some days they're like sunshine on a cloudy day and I love them all!💙 …
