My doctor had sent my prescription to neighborhood pharmacy. I had never worked with this pharmacy before But the experience has been Surprising. The pharmacist went out of their way to reach out to me and update me on the prescription. I was filling giving me answers to any and all questions I had.. And then to top it off, insisted if I had any more questions to call anytime this was certainly a new and refreshing experience as compared to going to CVS where I feel like I’m annoying the pharmacy staff if I have questions or if I repeat my questions. I recommend everyone to go to Neighborhood pharmacy. They really care about their customers, health and safety..

Terrible experience. Not professional staff, no calls back; took three days to get the medication for an infant that needed compound medication; they called and said it’s ready but I had to wait for over 30 minutes for it to be prepared Don’t go to this place

Amazing spot! So incredibly helpful. The owner and staff are all wonderful. They’re the only ones who consistently have meds my other pharmacies struggle to get, too!

Neighborhood Pharmacy is the best out there!! I have been a customer for years and they have continued to amaze me with their service. I used to work in Center City in a retail store and they hand delivered my prescription to me there and waited in line until I was free to deliver my specialized cream. That was just amazing to me! Also with my recent prescription cream, my Dr's appt was on a Tuesday at 11:30am, they called me to fill my specialized cream at a out 12pm, now it is Friday and my cream has arrived!! Super fast service and amazing customer service!! I worked in customer service for 12yrs so I know good customer service and they are way above the standard!!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Get my medicine from there on a daily basis ever since RiteAid started treating me poorly. Way better than going to rite-aid but only downside is they’re not open until 9pm like Rite-Aid is but they do provide free delivery
