Parkway Pharmacy

Switching to Parkway Pharmacy has been the best decision for our family. Every interaction is proactive, professional, kind, and efficient. Phone calls are answered immediately and are handled with care and attention—unlike their neighbor where your wait time is hours, if they even ever answer. We are lucky to have Parkway in our neighborhood and I can’t recommend them enough!

So grateful to Parkway Pharmacy! Our pediatrician’s office still doesn’t have this year’s Covid vaccine. It was so easy to make an appointment at the pharmacy to get the shots. It took 5 minutes and the kids left with a lollipop.

Parkway Pharmacy is an absolute gift to this community, as well as to the healthcare system in general. Unlike the big name chain pharmacies, the folks at Parkway are kind, caring, efficient, and maintain the utmost level of professionalism. They cut right through all the red tape and provide world-class service. They exemplify everything that healthcare should be about. My only complaint is that I did not discover them years ago. I refuse to have my prescriptions filled anywhere else now. Parkway is an absolute gem, and I am beyond grateful for them.

I am moving all my prescriptions to this neighborhood pharmacy in Fairmount. The staff at the pharmacy is very proactive, pleasant and efficient . They are working hard to make their prices competitive. Their working hours are not ideal for my schedule, but I am so happy CVS and Rite Aid don’t have my business anymore.

Parkway sent me a text 30 minutes before closing time. I appreciated the text. I rushed over and retrieved the prescription drug. Parkway staff could sent the text on the following day, but Parkway filled the script and texted me ASAP. Good staff.

This is my to go to favorite Pharmacy, They sell a variety of items that I love. They are alway willing to order what you need if it is not available in the store. The staff is great. One of my favorite items and I recommend it highly is Demonology facial products. I have been using nearly all of these products for years. I enjoy and take advantage of all the discounts that are offered on different days. I will be remiss if I did not mention the variety of Vitimins that I purchased on a monthly basic. Their products are high quality . I trust the pharmacist, I can always get my questions ask and they are always available to answer any questions. It’s a beautiful family store. I enjoy it so much, that I often go in just to see what’s new…😇

This is one great pharmacy that has an outstanding staff. You don’t get service like this at big chain pharmacy’s. No waiting forever to get answers. I feel lucky to live within walking distance.

Parkway pharmacy is super on top of things like text messages to remind me to pick up my prescription renewals. The staff is friendly and professional and personally assist you with choosing the right health care product. The shopping area is well managed and clean. Plus they have authorized staff who can administer all your required shots. It's a one stop shop, my fav!

I’ve recently started using Parkway Pharmacy, and they are excellent! Very friendly, very helpful, and a refreshing change from the big chain pharmacies I’ve been using for years. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Parkway Pharmacy in the coming months.
