Convenient and easy. Has never been a line when I’ve gone to pick up. Getting there is confusing if you use google maps, I ended up wandering around behind the building by the ambulances… Pro tip: don’t use google maps to get here. Use the entrance on Lombard and green, you’ll see the giant mosaic heart. Go up the stairs and hang slight left. Someone will point you in the direction.

They call or text and let you know when my medication is ready. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful with any questions I have.

I am an employee and I have never had success getting my prescriptions sent to the employee express pickup box. I have asked on 5 different occasions and each time staff tells me I have been enrolled in the program however my medications have not been sent to the prescription pickup box even once successfully. Once a front counter employee even told me “keep your expectations low because your meds will likely never make it to the employee pickup box, they never do it right.” Each time I have to wait in line which takes around 15-30 minutes and is incredibly frustrating as the normal pickup counter is never staffed adequately to serve the amount of people waiting to pick up meds.

Best Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. I do everything over the phone. Everyone I talk to is courteous, friendly, and helpful. My medication arrives on time and they call me when it is time for a renewal.

I came here since employee health send me here. I waited 1hr and 45 mins for a prescription and was still not ready and they kept saying just a few mins. :(

15 percent of your recovery could take only 15 minutes. Wonderful Technicians and Practitioners. My latest visit deepened my appreciation wholeheartedly for the hard work, dedication, professionalism, genuinely empathetic attendants who find joy in the work of helping others. If at all your wait time is somewhat longer, enjoy the Historically Classified and Structured for that Architecturally Infused Interior Design "Let's Make History, Today" so brings an ambiance filled with Convenience. Say a prayer for me, yourself, and or others in the Chapel. Feel free to hopefully also sign the guestbook. There's several retail stores/eateries, including a bakery specializing in cookies. I'd suggest the Snicker doodles but I'm not big on Subjective yet innuendos. Be sure to wear face masks, stay mindful of and Safely and Socially Distant.. and Let's get Back to a Healthier Living.

My doctor called and put my prescription In at pharmacy I spoke to joy they had me waiting for medicine for 7 hours after coming from chemo and having to go to radiation while still here waiting

My prescription was stolen,I had my police report and all and my insurance wouldn't over ride it cause they had just filled my script earlier that day,and thats their policy. And UMMC policy is they won't refill it without insurance and wouldn't even let me pay with cash to let me get meds to last until 11/24 so I been since 11/17 with out any meds and I just went thru 2 surgeries and had my intestines rearranged. Wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy

It's a 24-hour pharmacy that always has my medicine and in stock when I need it when nobody else in Maryland can even order it and get it

Open 24 hours a day! Who could ask for more, however the Pharmacy needs more front counter staff.
