We provide diabetes related and other medications, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems and pump supplies without the long lines and inconvenient wait times. Get your refills in person, by phone or through our web portal. We accept most insurance plans and make all transactions smooth and seamless. We fill orders from all licensed physician including doctors, physician assistants and certified nurse practitioners.

Horrible customer service, hours and the prescriptions are never ready when you call them in and go to pick them up at the designated time. They even accused me that it wasn't their fault it's a Monday! I came in when the pharmacist said they would be ready and gave an extra hour just in case and still they hadn't filled the prescriptions and were very rude. I waited for five minutes when I first arrived as three pharmacists small talked an old lady and her friend! They apparently don't work here. No wonder nothing is ever ready! Apparently they only fill prescriptions like they say they will if they are talking to their friend. Good luck getting anything here. I would not recommend going here they are too disorganized and blame their customers for thier pitfalls. If you're an old white women then maybe they will treat you with respect. The older white women pharmacist is very rude and apparently doesn't want customers and so is the younger woman who answers the phone. I've been to much nicer and more qualified pharmacies in other locations and am looking for a better place that is timely and doesn't blame their customers for their poor work ethic. Not reliable at all. Also they messed up my prescription for a pretty important item which is supposedly their specialty with supplies, but they did such a bad job I can't get my prescription which my doctor claimed this pharmacy could get me through my insurance. It took over a year and I still haven't been able to get that special prescription including prior authorization etc. they are not a specialty pharmacy for people and the next door doctor should not recommend this pharmacy!

Rocky Mountain Pharmacy is the best pharmacy i’ve ever used. They are so kind and quick. They truly do their best to help you and want to see you happy and healthy. I’d never use another supplier for my insulin pump and dexcom! Remember to treat them with kindness as well. They are doing their best!

I have overall been pleased with Rocky Mountain Pharmacy until today. My son has a primary and secondary insurance. We went to pick up his RX and now they won’t bill his secondary insurance because it’s a DME and not pharmacy. A change in policy I understand but what I don’t understand is why wasn’t I informed? As a parent with a child with this illness I need all of his supplies timely. What if I could not afford the co pay. I asked why wasn’t I informed they were changing the policy and was told there was no way for them to tell. I said I have the largest insurance in IF and they could cross reference with our monthly RX. This was handled very poorly and I will not be back. Do not go here it’s sad a big chain was willing to help out. I know I won’t be the only one in this situation.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. They gave me the wrong prescription and then would not let me exchange it for the correct one. I'm so disappointed that I thought I would write a haiku: Dose not what I need, Insurance forgotten too — Their mistake, my risk.

Rocky mountain pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I have lived in 4 different states and have been on 2+ medications at a time majority of my life, so I have dealt with a lot of different pharmacies. They regularly take over an entire business day to fill prescriptions, they also only sometimes send a text when they are ready and other times they don’t, I have also heard other customers bring this up while checking out which is always met with an ‘oh I don’t know’ and no actual interest in fixing this ongoing issue. Closed weekends and for lunch which Is massively inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5 job. When I moved here, I had to call FOUR separate times to get a prescription transferred from my previous pharmacy, I had called my old pharmacy and they told me they had transferred it 3 separate times and the folks at RMP just kept screwing up and not communicating with each other. I called yesterday morning first thing to fill a prescription and never heard anything, so I had to follow up this morning and see what was going on (something I regularly need to do with them), turns out my prescription had BEEN ready, and I just didn’t get a text but got one immediately after getting off the phone which is suspicious. Then moments later I get a call from them being told they can’t fill one of my scripts because it is a controlled substance, and it hasn’t been 30 days yet, the first fill of this script was only a 15-day fill, NOT a 30-day fill. I pointed this out and the pharmacy tech and she checked and apologized because she ‘assumed’ it was a 30-day fill, why wouldn’t you double check that before calling me? The only reason I EVER went to this pharmacy in the first place was due to a shortage on one of my medications and no other pharmacies in town having it. I am thrilled that the shortage is over and I can cut ties with this pharmacy once and for all. It has been an entire year of headaches every time I needed a script filled and to top all of this off, the only thing they are consistent with is being extremely rude. I will be going to the prescription center right across the street from now on, their techs are always super friendly and helpful and know how to communicate. I would highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same, unless you enjoy getting the run around and a bad attitude every time you need something filled.

This pharmacy is great! I recommend them to everyone. The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They make transferring prescriptions over to them easy, just let them know where your current prescriptions are and they’ll take care of it!

BEST Pharmacy! I have had issue after issue with other pharmacies, but I have never had an issue since going to Rocky Mountain Pharmacy. If you want to save time and get things done properly, you want to go here. Thank you for knowing what you are doing, being prompt, and good at communicating.
