Publix Pharmacy at Columbiana Station

Has become so inefficient in the last few months, that I switched. They used to be wonderful, but staff changed and it takes 24 hours for them to record your rx from your dr. This has happened several times. They say they didn't get it, when I Know the dr. sent it.

Tybrianna at this location in the Deli department really made my night lastnight. She fixed me a simple salad but she was very professional and took her time. She deserves a raise for sure! It’s so great to know that there are ppl who care in the deli! Thanks a million TyBri ! I’ll be back!

Have cancer and have to take narcotic medicine but the system never tells me when it's ready for refill. Any other medicine I get constant texts. I guess they think I'll forget about the narcotic. Also always confusion and lots of back orders. Switching pharmacies

The service is horrible try calling who u get a person to talk to they hang you up, waiting a total of 5 min to see my meds are ready and there not informed last Saturday call for meds a person rush me the information not caring and hang up …

Note that it is closed every day between 2p and 3p for lunch. Friendly staff that works hard to correct any errors and to find best price for customer.
