The staff here are always incredible helpful, kind and responsive. I’m very grateful for the work they and other local pharmacies do in the face of big chains and PBMs, and encourage everyone to support this and other local pharmacies. Thank you Uptown!

I highly recommend uptown pharmacy in Gluckstadt, Mississippi. They went above and beyond to make sure I had my prescriptions before leaving out of town today for spring break. They literally did not get my New prescription until about 9 AM this morning. I picked up by 11:00 am. That is the best service. Thank you so much I really really appreciate it

The pharmacy staff is very kind and professional. They filled my prescription extremely fast. I was in excruciating pain from a dental procedure. I was on the verge of crying because I had been in pain all weekend. The lady at the counter offered and gave me an ice pack. She also made sure I got my medicine quickly. I really appreciate her. I don't normally leave comments, but I had to express my gratitude to them all. Thank you all for your helpfulness and kindness.

This pharmacy is terrible. My prescription has to get shipped because I do not live in the surrounding area. I understand they cannot control FedEx, but I called last week to tell them I had not received my prescription that I had placed the reorder for the week before and that I only had three pills left. I was told to call back the next day if I did not receive it. I called back the next day and was told they would have to file a claim with FedEx. They said they would get a new script out but I wouldn’t have it until Tuesday. Mind you, at this point, I only have two pills left. I explained that. They were unconcerned and unbothered that I did not have enough of the med and would go several days without it. I will not be using them again and have told my provider I want to change compounding pharmacies. Didn’t even offer to overnight it and me pay for the fee of overnighting the script. And, yes, FedEx makes residential deliveries on Saturdays. Do not use them; find somewhere else to do business that actually cares about their patrons.

Called to see about getting a price to get my prescriptions filled there instead of Brandon Discount drugs. Was told without a prescription they could not give me anything but cash price. I have federal blue cross and had one filled there before and have the prescription numbers. All 4 are non narcotic

Well. This was one of my favorite pharmacies, but I had a very strange and uncomfortable interaction with the young lady at the counter yesterday. As someone who works in the law enforcement field, I am very observant, quite frankly, maybe TOO observant and I picked up on some things going on and some things that were said that I felt were indirectly relating to me and I did question the young lady on it, and she denied what I felt was going on. But I will be switching mine and my child's prescriptions now due to how uncomfortable this made me feel. I felt an invasion of my privacy and quite frankly disrespected. They are fast and efficient. I wish they were open on Sundays, but the staff are nice and I have never had an issue or had to wait for a RX to be filled. Happy I switched.

This place is outstanding. Jim and Kristen are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. They go above and beyond in terms of service and client satisfaction. In a world filled with corporate establishments, its great to have a locally owned business with such kind pharmacists and staff. Uptown pharmacy is a wonderful addition to our community and I am very thankful they are here in Madison.

The absolute best customer service I have ever had from a pharmacy! The owner personally answered every single question I had and even recommended the best generic version of a medicine with claims backing up why he recommends said version. I will without a doubt be continuing to get my scripts from Uptown Pharmacy!

Uptown pharmacy is truly something special! Jim and Kristen are so knowledgeable and friendly, and make sure that all the customers are taken care of. You could not ask for anything more in your local pharmacy.

Just started with Uptown Pharmacy today when I picked up my 1st compounding prescription. The are fast and friendly and have a nice little gift shop.
