Gibbs Pharmacy

This is a really good pharmacy. I accidentally refilled a old prescription order and not the updated one. I realized the mistake late in the day and need the medication the next day. I spoke with Linda and she assured me that she will work on my compound prescription first thing in the morning. She kept her word and I was able to get the medication life saving medication I needed. Kudos to Linda.

The male pharmacist Billy is very rude and trys to be little my wife today! As we combined have 12 to 15 script a month! And they actually called me on Tuesday last week telling me Carmen meds were ready on 1 day and then called Back a hour later saying am sorry we made a mistake! So yes I called 3 times and he Be little my Wife and tryin to make her look Bad! This is not going unnoticed as a senior Citizen and just 2 of her script alone is over 2,000 dollars its really sad This Billy pharmacist is A big mistake for GIBBS since he arrived! The rest of the staff is amazing ! Been friends with 1 of the best PHARMACIST in Lebanon and she's a go to and she will talk to you and help you! Hal

Very sad today ! With Gibbs Pharmacy! For having a pharmacist ( BILLY) talk to me as a incompetent and belittle me saying I called the store 3 times in 2 days which I didn't even call 1 time! I actually received a text from an employee saying sm not the only 1 he's rude 2 and the same attitude! It's really sad to treat SENIOR CITIZEN with Heart,Back,Lupus and other issues to be so so rude about pickup neds when 2 alone is over $2000 dollars and Yes My Husband Hal cares enough to help me ! And if it wasn't for 1 of the BEST PHARMACY in Lebanon we would be gone! She will explain and make you feel welcome and a joy to see! Ending very very SAD! I had my medication called into this pharmacy yesterday. I have never had an order filled here, and my medication has a nationwide shortage at the moment. But, they went ahead and filled it for me anyways. All of the big pharmacies are out, and all of the smaller ones that I called in the Clarksville and Nashville areas where I am from. The staff were super friendly and helpful when I got there also

Best pharmacy in town! Gibbs makes the big chains like CVS and Walgreens look like chumps. They get your orders done in a timely manner and communicate when they are ready. I would recommend swapping all your orders to be filled at Gibbs from now on.

Up until a couple of months ago, I would have given this pharmacy five stars. Not now. I have been given conflicting information on meds this pharmacy has dispensed and no documentation AT ALL has been given with meds. Documentation would have allowed us to schedule a refill correctly to ensure my husband not miss an important dose of this medicine. The pharmacist couldn't or wouldn't answer my question about the refill. I am not only disappointed but furious that this pharmacy apparently can't communicate responsibly and provide its services appropriately. One star and that's too much. *****Edit: When I went back on day the first pharmacist to whom I spoke said I would be able to pick up prescription, the onsite pharmacist was unaware that you could call-in, put in prescription number and find out status of prescription. We had called in and been told prescription was ready before I went to pick it up and was refused prescription. And pharmacist #2 said I could have watched a video by using code on prescription bottle. First we had heard of this .... ****To whom shall I direct the information you said you would like to obtain to look into this? I don't see a name nor a specific telephone number. Calling to speak to pharmacists would be a waste of time based upon my conversations prior. In fact, the first pharmacist was unhelpful and used my husband 's first name, followed up with, "now we don't think he's abusing drugs". I was clueless as to what that had to do with first being told med was ready and being told I couldn't pick it up that day. No one explained why. I researched drug and DEA guidelines in TN that evening and think this was handled poorly. Gibbs and any other pharmacy has a responsibility to communicate in a professional manner to patients and caregivers. I note in other reviews here that that has been a problem for some.

My sister had surgery today. The RX was phoned in. I sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes!!! The drawer was in the out position, they were having a conversation!!!! The wait is ALWAYS ridiculous!!!! The art of taking care of the customer in a timely matter really should be reviewed! I STILL HAD TO PARK AND GO INSIDE!! Just Terrible !!!!

The staff at Gibbs is always so nice and friendly. Recently they went out of their way to re-package a prescription I was having issues with so that it would be more user friendly. Above and beyond and worked great!! I highly recommend them.
