Clark's Pharmacy

This is a pharmacy that employs people who get to know their customers. This pharmacy has a small town feel in the middle of a big city. It has owners that lead well. You have a question, ask it and it will be answered by knowledgeable staff. Plus, they offer a gift shop you can browse through when you pick up your RX!

I am a real service person, and these people are second to none! No matter what the price is that you would pay between the service and the quality of the product, there's no way you're overpaying for anything. Not only do I highly recommend people going there, but i'm gonna continue to go there. There's ample pharmacies in the Cedar Rapids area, and their prices might be lower, but nothing compares with the experience, expertise, and high purity of quality you receive from Clark's pharmacy!

Holy smokes, what a refreshing switch to a pharmacy that cares about their customers rather than just the prescription number!!!! All of the pharmacists take the time to explain everything in a manner than is comforting and calm, not rushed nor an inconvenience. I’ve only been using Clark’s for a couple of months, but I can say without a doubt that this has always been the best pharmacy experience I’ve had ever! There's nothing like a locally family owned Pharmacy. Yes you might pay a bit more, but they really look after you and the Clark's are a fantastic family. You can sense how they truly love serving their customers and community. Not to mention that if you need actual help, their pharmacists are top notch.

Everyone there is extremely helpful, especially Melinda. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but also taught me a few things about what I was looking for. The other staff members are always very nice, and scripts are filled very quickly.

This was the best pharmacy in town for a long time, I’m not sure what’s been going on internally but the place is a mess. My prescriptions that refill the same date every month continue to get delayed getting filled month after month. The staff has gone from otherworldly good to down right having several rude staffers. I’ve sent every family member and friend here for years but will no longer do so, I and my insurance spend thousands and thousands here every year. It’s extremely frustrating that all I need from you is to know my prescriptions are ready so I can come pick them up once a month, not hard yet I’ve had enough issues this can’t be done. I can go to hyvee, cvs, target, etc; all will have me on a locked scheduled as long as I have refills without the headaches. Unfortunately I can no longer support this local business as they struggle to meet the very little help I’ve needed. I’ve attempted to reach out to Mr. Clark several times only to be told he isn’t there any time I call or stop in. Never had this issue when Jennifer was still employed here, seems since she left things have slowly fallen apart.

I wish they had an accessible door button since so many people that go there need assistance.

The employees are very rude and u definitely will be standing there more than 10 minutes just to get your medications. They don’t even say hey I will be with u in a second they just ignore that you’re standing there. They like to hang up the phone on u when u telling them there is a problem with the employees. Clark’s Pharmacy has the most rudest employees ever and I will be getting my medication filled else where. I did read other review of how Clark’s Pharmacy treat there customer and I’m not the only one they have treated like that.

I started coming to Clark’s after the Hy-Vee pharmacy failed to tell me a prescription was on back order and I had to scramble to find a new pharmacy. And I’m glad I did! Clark’s has always been speedy and professional. I also recently had an issue with my doctor’s office and person helping me (I believe the owner) went above and beyond trying to help me get my prescription filled. Just all around great customer service

Hands down the best pharmacy in town. Their customers service is superb and they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Clark’s pharmacy to everyone. They helped me by helping my son have his medication for the weekend after all doctor offices were closed. A+ all around service!!!

After looking all over town for a common item and being told it was out of stock, or was over $50 and requires a prescription, I tried Clark’s. They had exactly what I needed, and for only $3! They were kind, courteous, and helpful. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Best experience with a pharmacy that I have ever had. The staff go above and beyond to help the patient navigate through our complex health care system. They will be getting my business for life. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else!
