Loudoun Community Pharmacy

Stay away from this place if you are on a "controlled substance". They will treat you like an addict and shame you to your face. I am not an addict and I have been in the same quantity and and dosage of meds for over 15 years. Unfortunately, when I tried to fill my meds during a shortage of it, they told me that they won't take my insurance and I need to pay out of pocket to them if I want my meds. Illegal. Then, two months ago, I went to adk if they had my medications that my doctor in the same building was about to prescribe. I got treated like an addict. The girl at the counter went to the back and I watched them rolling eyes and mocking the dosage and I heard them deciding that it is "ridiculous". Then, the girl comes and tells me rhqt they have my meds but wont fill it becauae it ia too high of a daily dose. I tried to explain that, this dose is prescribed BY A DOCTOR. SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID " we will not fill this... and NO PHARMACY SHOULD" . UMMM, YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS. WHEN i called to ask their names after another pharmacy easily filled it, the pharmacist insisted she had a right to deny me my meds and said i should look up the dosage indication for a particular condition. I told her to look up the dosage for the condition that I have.... which is not the one she assumed I had and prejudged me on... which led to this. She apologized, but it is too late. My doctor in the building has not only stopped recommending this pharmacy but has heard from multiple other patients about mistreatment, judgements, and pharmacists there rejecting scripts because the pharmacists feel like they have the right to be a doctor. He now tells all patients to avoid thia place. I suggest you do, too. They may be quick at filling meds that THEY WANT TO FILL, BUT ARE MORE QUICK AT STEPPING OUT OF THEIR LANE AND PRE-JUDGING AND HUMILIATING PEOPLE WITH LEGITIMATE SCRIPTS AND DENYING THE MEDS THOSE PEOPLE NEED. WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?.... "CLOSED SOON" IS MY GUESS

What a lifesaver! The pharmacist went way out of her way to save me at the end of the day on a Saturday. I was at a nearby hotel on the weekend and had Lost vital meds from California! With a kind heart, she went way out of her way And then even sent someone over to the hotel with my Rx!! Thank you so very much— I’m still remembering your good deed. 💟

Staff is so pleasant and friendly, they always go above and beyond, and I have never had a bad experience despite dealing with some stressful circumstances. Their exceptional customer service, positive attitudes, and team mentality is greatly appreciated and truly goes a long way. I can’t say the same for any other pharmacy I have used in the past and am so glad my doctor recommended this pharmacy for me.

I've been working with this pharmacy for months or maybe a year or so. The staff are so kind and caring. They listen to you and they care about your health issues to deliver medications to you as soon as possible. They are so on top of the game. They always give me a call and follow up. If they don't have a medication, they are so honest and inform you immediately. We had some little miscommunication issues in the past, but honestly after complaining once, they took feedback so seriously and they have improved so much. . I am so glad that I found this pharmacy. Amazing staff. Hardworking staff. Good communication. Caring staff. Attentive. Great attention to details. They Ship medications as soon as possible. Very understanding. . I truly recommend you this pharmacy. Send all your prescriptions here and u won't regret it.

Switching pharmacies has never been this easy. The process of transferring my prescriptions didn't take long at all. The prices are unbeatable and to top it all off they deliver locally! Including MD residents. The staff is very welcoming and the service is great.

Pharmacies are usually the place I hate going the most, but I need my meds so I push through it. I heard about this place through a friend and it leaves all the chain pharmacies behind. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I had a conversation with the owner and they told me that they also deliver to Maryland! That’s something not many other places offer. My Giant prescription for my insulin transferred in an instant without haggles. I feel blessed that they opened in such a hard time. I truly recommend this place.

I had previously been a loyal customer of CVS (10+ yrs) but after multiple incidents of extreme negligence at CVS, combined with the attention and extra effort by the team at Loudoun Community Pharmacy - I will never go back. At Loudoun Community Pharmacy, they have taken time to explain the use of some tricky meds and search out available discounts for a prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance.

This pharmacy is so conveniently located and the staff is super helpful at all times, you can tell they really care about what they do. Prescriptions are very reasonably priced and so easy to transfer over! The best part is that they’re even willing to deliver locally as well as to MD, which is where I live.
