Staff always friendly and helpful. They know immediately where items are. As a side note, I have received several vacinations there to keep updated. The vaccinations have been yearly flu vac, RSV, Covid as necessary, DPT. Since I have Medicare, these were at no cost to me. Great service!
So unprofessional it's almost comical . Wouldn't recommend to anyone that values having their medications in a semi timely fashion. Also horrible customer service it really couldn't be much worse than this.
Well stocked and convenient. Staff is very friendly, always get a greeting coming and going. Phamacy can get most scrips by next day if not in stock.
THESE people. I'm the only person in line with a mask( It just so happens that I'm was tested for covid at the Urgent Care) They make me go through the line 3. Freaking. Times. And the whole time I'm in these lines, they are helping 1 person at a time. But. EVERY time. I get up there, they call up a second person too to stand right next to me! I mean, seriously, how dumb can you be? Then. The lady is having trouble with my insurance card, even though every other pharmacy, including other Walgreens locations, has used it just FINE. Even the Urgent Care, who had run it 15 minutes prior, got it to work. I'm not sure what these people are on, but I had a very bad visit.
Should be a minus star for these people. Gross incompetent and disruptive behavior. Supposed to deliver my prescription to me but no prescription after weeks. Went down there to pick up. I was inmoble so it was difficult to catch a ride. My insurance insists on dealing with this place and it is not easy. I finally pulled all my prescriptions out and said the heck with it. So , now come time for the flu shot again Insurance Company said to deal with them. I did and sure enough got an appointment in the app and went. Again the woman said she is too busy to do it now and need to come back. See, I am inmoble and have a hard time getting a ride. I ask if there is anyway to go ahead and let me have the shot. She said no. But yet we stood there and argue for almost 10 minutes as to why she cannot give the shot. It really doesn't take that much time giving a shot. Someone need to shut this place down. Everytime I deal with them I got burned. No customer service and always says NO to anything before you can finish asking. Will not go back. Business like this should never open.
The foreign African pharmacist is awesome and the only person at this pharmacy that does anything for the customers and this complaint isn't directed at him. Ashley has the worst customer service of anyone in customer service I have ever encountered in my life. You ask her a question and she literally shrugs her shoulder and doesn't Provide you with an answer or even attempt to find the answer. I am done with this pharmacy and their poor customer service. Some places go above and beyond for their customers this place doesn't even register on a rating scale. The only reason I give them 1 star is for the affore mentioned pharmacist. No effort is made to solve issues or or help answer questions. My son just had surgery and when I asked when I could pick his pain medication up Ashley looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. To not have any answer or explanation for me is unacceptable and unprofessional. You might not directly work with patients but your laziness and lack of effort in your field of work directly affects them. Get a different job, Ashley, because you suck at this one!
I was in the area visiting when I had to stop by Walgreens to pick up a few things. I was outraged by the actions of two employees. As. Elderly man struggled to get stuff on off the shelf two employees snickered and gossiped on their phone as they pretended not to see the man struggle. He was so grateful when I offered assistant but seemed a little defeated that he was not helped by the two employees of the store he is a regular in. The employees know exactly what they did was wrong because they hesitated to tell me their names when I asked. So, Lee and Vicki I hope you see this. Stop being lazy, do better and be kind!
This is the absolute worst Pharmacy I have ever been to! The customer service stinks and they never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. This is the second time that I have tried to go and pick up a prescription within the past 3 months where the pharmacist is on lunch break at 2 in the afternoon and will not be back for over an hour to get the prescription filled. Apparently patients do not come first. Never again will I attempt to visit this Pharmacy. I will gladly Drive 20 minutes out of the way to get my prescriptions from CVS in Staunton! I always have wonderful service at that Pharmacy.
This place is horrible they first acted like they didn’t have my prescription then they did have it and it would be 30min or by end of day then when I went back they didn’t again have my prescription then they said they wouldn’t fill it and they told my doctor that they didn’t have time to fill it while they don’t close till 6 pm which was hour like someone needs to do something about this pharmacy and there employees was a younger guy who did this on purpose because he felt like it this is unacceptable unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed by someone please thank you I will post this pharmacist picture so everyone can know that this person wouldn’t fill my prescription because they don’t have time even though they have another hour open
Do not waste your time. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Now I go to the friendly pharmacy down the road. If the employees in the main store managed the pharmacy, then it might be worth going to because they are the only customer service aspect of this building. Oh and don't bother calling, they never pick up the phone (I've watched staff members ignore a ringing phone on every visit here).
Always have ready what I need.
Hope is literally the most unfriendly person I have ever experienced in any customer service role. How she became a manager, I have no idea. Rite Aid must be desperate for employees.
Corporate problems or manager, understaffed, don't have meds in stock, drive thru not even open, pharmacy not even open on weekends. For major name brand company, unacceptable.
Joe was the nicest guy! He was so friendly with everyone and takes a lot of pride in his community. He made my experience great.
Came in from out of town and forgot my inhaler. Was getting late and this location was the only option I had. Pharmacist transferred my Rx and had it filled before I could drive there.
Everyone who works there loves to help. Well stocked and always neat!
I was told my prescription would take 10 to 15 minutes, so i said i would sit and wait. Ended up sitting there for over 45 minutes closer to an hour...
Worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
Unless you want to wait until your kids get out of college....don't be in a hurry when you come here for your shots! It took over an hour to get the shingles vaccine. Ridiculous!
Pharmacy workers have absolutely horrible attitudes if you ask for help.
