I contacted the manager about the service. She replied that she would discuss it with the staff. Obviously she did NOT. I waited 15 min behind one customer and no one even spoke. At least ACKNOWLEDGE a customer with ."I'll be a few minutes"...I shall move my prescriptions to CVS the first of the year. They have weekend hours and enough help to handle the customers. The Walgreens on Coalter in Staunton VA should be avoided!

This location is super understaffed. The staff they do have is overwhelmed, rude, no attention to details, unhelpful. A few months in a row I’ve been left without my medication for days if not over a week. Other locations have followed up with my doctors to get refills placed. This one ignores that process, making it harder for me to get my medicine. We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere with more reliability and less drama.

This location is absolutely horrible! I have been calling for 2 days to the pharmacy and no one ever answers. Today I was on hold for two hours and when I hung up to call back I was informed by the store staff that the pharmacy closed early today (30 mins ago). Someone could have picked up the call the other 1 hour and a half I was holding before they closed early. My child has an infection that I now have to contact the doctor to have them send it to a different pharmacy to get treated. This is very reckless and careless of the pharmacy staff when it comes to their customers who rely on them for medicine.

I purchased OTC antihistamines that were on sale. The cash register charged me the full price. The lady who checked me out was annoyed and blamed me for the error. After entering my membership it still charged the full price. The cashier was more annoyed and when she completed the order, I said "Thank you" but she said nothing. I expected an apology. Apparently, Walgreens doesn't want my business.

Worst pharmacy ever! My two prescriptions were called in a WEEK ago and when I showed up this morning, the gal at the counter said they weren’t ready yet and I’ll need to wait 20 minutes. When I said “how could it not be ready when you’ve had a week,” she said “we only have one pharmacist.” I counted at least four people in the back and I don’t know what they do, but they sure aren’t making customer service a priority. They never fill prescriptions until you actually show up. Ridiculous, I’m switching to Martins as soon as I can.

So disappointed. Released from hospital. Picked up important script...got home and was WRONG script. Called BEFORE closing to see what to do...held for 25 mins...6pm cane and they hang up! Called back and store manager tells me, sorry They close at 6 ..it will be be tomorrow!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!No concerns AT ALL for My health. It does not matter to this company anymore and I will be finding another pharmacy that will help me now and in the future!!!

There seems to be a general culture of rudeness in this particular Walgreens, particularly in the front counter. The pharmacy is rather poorly managed, as well, frequently slow to have scrips ready and saying they have a scrip ready on the phone, but then don't when you come in. The front counter staff seem to be giddy with pleasure when they can turn down a FedEx package for lack of space, then incredibly rude (especially the greasy haired middle-aged man with the beard) when they do agree to take it. The petite elderly woman can be rude in the same circumstances. For pleasant, competent business, go elsewhere.

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible! Can never get through. And needing to listen to that recording constantly saying" I'm sorry, all staff is answering other calls, we will be with shortly" which recording repeats itself every 5 seconds, is VERY annoying!

Not sure why I'm forced to schedule a vaccine appointment online when my time is clearly irrelevant and the staff will just get to you whenever they can. My appointment was for 7:00pm. I arrived at the appointed time, waited 37 minutes and then was told I would have to wait an additional 15 after the shot.

Very helpful when I needed meds during vacation. Sometimes I do need to wait for a script to be filled, but I believe some things cannot be filled until someone picks them up. Friendly and helpful staff.
