Forward Pharmacy Deerfield

I go to this Forward Pharmacy for my semiannual COVID vaccinations. Scheduling an appointment online is easy, the staff is friendly and professional, and the entire experience is nearly painless! (and I love looking at all the cool items for sale, especially the candles!)

Forward Pharmacy, Cottage Grove, has a kind, supportive and helpful staff. It gets busy sometimes, but that says it all. People know Forward Pharmacy is a great place to go!

Jenn is the best pharmacist ever! She goes out of her way to help everyone! She is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind! I have never had this good of a pharmacist in my life.

Jen and her team have been wonderful to work with. They have always helped us and answered all our questions. We had to go to Cambridge who will be just as good (I hope).

I've been getting prescriptions filled and vaccinations here since they first opened years ago. Jen is amazing - competent, professional, and answers all my questions with a smile - and the rest of the staff is also excellent. Love having such a great local pharmacy in our community!

From the moment I walk in, the pharmacist Jen always knows who I am and what I need. A month ago I took a very apprehensive 7 year old in for vaccinations. Jen was amazing and asked him questions, talked, & joked with him to calm him down. She even fit me in for vaccinations at the same time to avoid the need for another appointment. Always friendly, helpful & a fantastic "bedside manner" - I am so grateful that we have this pharmacy & pharmacist right here in Deerfield.

Jen and Brie are amazing!! They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! Jen always remembers who I am and something about me..now THAT is more than just customer service!! That is truly caring enough about the people that come in to remember them…you don’t get that at larger pharmacies☺️ I am so thankful to be able to come here!!

An outstanding staff! So helpful and they connect with me like a friend - not just like a customer. They all learned my name immediately, which I find amazing. (I have trouble remembering names, myself.) They offer suggestions and seem to really enjoy their work.
