I absolutely love Uptown Pharmacy ! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming — they always greet me with a smile. The pharmacists really take their time to explain things and make sure I feel comfortable with my prescriptions. It never feels rushed, and I can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Such a refreshing change compared to big chain pharmacies. I’m so glad I found this place!

Edit: Someone from the pharmacy called me saying the driver delivered my medications... It was never updated and I was never informed they were delivered. There driver put them between the storm door and the inner front door... It was kind of the pharmacist to contact me and I grateful for their concern but maybe the drivers need to be better trained or informed on what to do when delivering medications? This pharmacy started out really good but has turned not great... To start I called in to have my meds refilled because they wont automatically refill when it's time. Person on the phone took my info and then acted like I wasn't supposed to be talking to them... Requested a refill and acted put out. Once the app tolled me they were ready I paid on the app and selected delivery. App said the meds would be on my doorstep between 4pm-6pm... They were never delivered... These are medications I NEED to take regularly for them to work and now I have to wait till Monday... This is TOTALLY unexceptionable... Healthcare in the US is already terrible... don't need to have getting medications to be hard too...

Such a pleasant place to come get your prescriptions. Always a great service, thank you to all the staff there.

Great service Good music I recently switched to this pharmacy and I am glad I did!! Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you get your scripts covered. They filled the prescriptions quickly and I have never encountered a line anytime that I go. Tip: free delivery

The staff at Uptown Pharmacy are so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I never have to wait on the phone like I would at a large retail pharmacy, and I have switched all my prescriptions to Uptown because the process is so seamless. Mazen is so kind and even personally delivered my prescription to my door himself! Would highly recommend ditching CVS or Walgreens for the personal touch and extra mile provided by Uptown Pharmacy and Wellness.
