Received damaged , used and empty one touch glucose kit without lancing device.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the counter staff and the pharmacist at this CVS store for always being polite, courteous and professional. Be it picking up a prescription of receiving a vaccine everyone is so helpful. This is a very busy pharmacy and the staff works very hard to accommodate all of the customers. I switched to this pharmacy and I am glad that I did. Very efficient and professional !
Scheduled to get my flu shot at CVS on route 130 checked in and while waiting, only to see the area where I would be getting the vaccination was in the most unsanitary conditions. Cancelled and had to walk out how poor the conditions were.
They did not explained how to use my ear drops or nose spray All other drugs stores do it I will not go to that cvs store again I like the one where I live on Abbington East Windsor They are so nice to me and friendly I be been going there for 22 years The doctor called the prescription to the wrong cvs in East Windsor It won’t happen again
HORRIBLE, the staff at this CVS was horrible. No one at the front for over 20 mins with multiple ppl at the front. I said 'hello' then she yelled don't yell at me, I'm the only one working. I said how am I suppose to know. She then proceeded to tell me to leave with my baby. I was buying diapers. Let's just say stay clear.
Customers shopping inside this CVS are not being asked to wear a mask or leave the store, if they should happen to walk in without one on, according to an employee working at the register. The employee said that a manager had instructed the employee not to bother confronting customers entering without masks on. I heard the employee tell a women not wearing a mask (at checkout) that it was okay. It may have been that the customer acknowledged forgetting to wear her mask, I’m not sure, but the customer definitely had no mask on and the employee seemed to reinforce that it was fine (but I hope just for that shopping trip). I would have liked to hear the employee tell her to wear a mask next time, at least. Especially since CVS is one of the large retailers that has recently made wearing a mask inside its stores a requirement (mandatory) across all its stores nationwide. But in NJ, this rule has been in place for weeks, according to Governor Phil Murphy's executive order...
PAL is at pharmacy register never scan our cvs extra care card even though we present our card to her. Please teach her and also provide her the importance. Just because of her we lost our 10 prescriptions points
