I picked my medications up today & also found out I can no longer get Semiglutide; disappointed!!! I am so glad I switched to Moundsville Pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I like that I get a call from a human and not an automated recording when my prescriptions are ready. Excellent customer service every time! Staff members are always friendly, helpful, and informative. They answer all questions thoroughly and seem happy to do so. Service is impeccable. I've been there multiple times when they are extremely busy and the pharmacy team runs very efficiently and the wait time is never very long at all.
