I love their low, low prices but most of all i love the employees. No matter when i go in there or who is working their always so nice! I wish i could use them as my pharmacy especially since i pass right by there on my way back from the doctor but one of my medications is over a $1,000 and they told me because of that reason i would have to bring in the prescription before they could order the medication.

My grandma just got out of the hospital and they didn’t tell us how to use any of the breathing machines they sent her home with. She was missing half the pieces too. The pharmacy here was so incredibly helpful and got us what we needed and even showed us how to use the breathing machine. God bless them.

I've been doing business here since I have lived in Alexandria, and I have been here 12+ years. The store is always clean and neat. The prices are always close if not better than big name corporations. All the employees there have come to know me as I know them as well. Always kind and helpful whenever and however possible. All the staff are very professional. Downey will always be my drug store for as long as life will let me.

These people are absolutely great, I don't care how close another place is or if I have to go out of my way (which I don't) I wouldn't stop going to Downey's because they really do care. they always ask about my son, and they all know my name, they're a great bunch of people. I love them all
