I have been using this pharmacy for years. The staff knows you by name and they go above and beyond to take care of your needs. I drive 40 minutes and pass a number of pharmacies I wouldn't date to step into on my way here. Everyone is very professional and work very timely. I would give more stars if I could!

I hate to be one of those reviewers, but if I can give zero stars, I would very unprofessional!! Didn’t speak when I walked in only speak to certain customers that walked in. I attempted to go through the drive-through someone was just looking at me at the window didn’t inform me that the drive-through was not operating not open or anything. I finally went around, nobody apologized nobody said anything not even hello. I definitely talked with my mother to see if there was something better.

The last prescription I picked up was missing 9 pills (Rx was for 45 but there were only 36 in the bottle). Since I do not count them at the window, I did not realize it until I got home. It looked suspicious so I counted them and 9 were missing. I am not sure if this has happened before but I am now thinking it probably has. From this moment on, I will count my pills in front of the pharmacist I don't care if there's a line. At least until I can find a new pharmacy. You might want to check your employees' pockets. Everybody count your pills at the window!!!

This pharmacy has got to be the WORST one I've ever used. On multiple occasions, they have screwed up my compounded refill order. There's always an excuse, and their staff is so unprofessional. If you don't formulate a certain medication anymore, and a customer calls to refill it - it would help if you informed them of that fact. I placed an order on Monday. It's Friday, and I had to call again to see if it was ready (because they never have it ready when they say they will). I was then informed that they no longer handle compounding a medication that was needed days ago. Thanks a lot, Good Pharmacy.
