Hometown Pharmacy & Compounding Center

I was very pleased and satisfied with the efficient and reliable service I received with Hometown Pharmacy and Compounding Center. Good communication with pharmacy staff. Quick preparation of medicine and on time delivery (as promised). It doesn’t get better than that! I would certainly come back to this pharmacy for compounding medicines.

Hometown has been the most helpful pharmacy I’ve used for my prescriptions. Their compounding center is knowledgeable and kind, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They consistently keep me informed about any changes to my medications. Reading some of these reviews is really disappointing, tearing down a small business that’s trying their best to assist them. CVS/Walgreens barely responds to their patients and more than half of the time you are not able to reach a person to speak to and get help..

Hometown Pharmacy is really one of the best pharmacies in the area. They're incredibly helpful, they've always worked with me when I was having trouble, and they offer free delivery service as well! They're waayyyy better than Walmart or other "big box" places because they are more personal and care more. I couldn't ask for a better place for my medications. Yes, I'm a real person, not a toboR 🤣 They really are a great place tho, and I am very grateful for all of their help.

Terrible services. Prescriptions are never ready. Today’s excuse is that Epi-Pens and all generic forms are on back order with no ETA. This is a life saving drug, with several manufacturers…. Just another lie and delay tactic. CVS has plenty in stock. Just transferred the whole family’s active RXs as we have had enough. Gave them way too many benefits of a doubt and I’m done.

to the reviews below mine…honestly this review doesn’t really match what this place is like cvs is way worse with longer waits and no personal service at all hometown is family owned and they actually care about people that’s why so many of us keep coming back one mix up doesn’t change the fact that this pharmacy is so much better than going to a big chain

A prescription for Prednisolone oral suspension for my cat was called in by my vet. It was urgent and required same day. I went to pick it up and was told it will take several days! They didn’t advise my vet of this! UNBELIEVABLE! I’m so glad I didn’t wait for them to call me when ready to pick up. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The worst pharmacy experience ever! Clerk was very sarcastic. Needed a specific compounded pain medication that only this place could do but couldn't have it done before 4 days! When he went to pick it up it wasn't ready so he asked if they could expedite it as he was in pain so the clerk sarcastically said in order to get that it would be an additional $25 charge! This has been a nightmare!

They are very kind and they care about my mom and my son. They take care of their customers by making sure they always have their medication on time.

My compounding prescription was handled with understanding and in a timely manner. Everyone I have spoken yto has been wonderful. AND I really like that the bottles of the prescription itself was in an eco-friendly paper bag! Thank you!
