Always expect excellent service from this pharmacy, because you’ll get it!!! Friendly, professional staff, great communication through the app as well as them reaching out via phone when necessary. They offer convenient shipping and delivery service as well!!! Mailing is $5 extra but so convenient for meds that aren’t urgently needed. Super cute store with lots of high quality items for sale. Love this place!

Let’s talk about customer service. I came in looking for a very specific drink that I saw online they had from Reddit thread unfortunately they do not but Andrew spent about 10 minutes calling like six different places around to see if they had what I was looking for at the end of the day we couldn’t find anything, but I can tell you that if there’s a business who wanted to go out of their way to take care of somebody, they don’t know and aren’t making a profit off of. I can’t even fathom the incredible customer service they give to their regulars Thank you guys so much and I wish you the very best in your business!

Best pharmacy ever. I've NEVER had a problem with their services. First of all they are quick, and I'm mean QUICK! The longest you'll wait is 10 minutes. If you're the only one there (which is often) it will be done in 5 minutes. They are always nice and courteous, non-judgemental, and great at their jobs. I go out of my way just to drop off my prescriptions here.

Me and mother have been using this pharmacy for 6+ years always have been wonderful ! Our medication alone is over 1000$ once insurance pay not to mention I love the Tyler company Diva brand that they sale and my mom is a sucker for candles and they sell plenty ! This pharmacy is 49 minutes from my home I pass plenty heading there but it didn’t matter because they always had what I needed! It’s been maybe 2 or 3 minor hiccups along the way I notice they will fix them but never apologize for the mishaps ! On today I go to pickup and one guy comes up and tell me that my medication had to be change for 1 month and my insurance will resume paying for the normal one after I try this form . I ask them to give me one second while I called the pharmacy I use for my kids who advised me they have not heard of this change and to reach out to my insurance . Which I did , my insurance notified me that homewood had already file insurance for what I was supposed to have and she said she didn’t see any changes ! At this point I’m pissed because I asked them not put it on hold not file it without my authorization! Nevertheless the guy that told me I had to try this new form of my medication is nowhere to be found while the other staff members stare at me like I’m delusional with no reference as too what I’m talking bout and all they responses is in nature to me just making up problems where none exist . Meanwhile they have waisted 45 minutes of my time from either flat out lying or being ignorant and not communication.

10/10. I've been using this pharmacy for four years so far (since 2021) and I live in Tuscaloosa that should tell you all you need to know. They're always very professional, courteous, and helpful. They treat everyone like close customers. Upstanding pharmacy 🙏 …

I have used Homewood pharmacy for years. They are fast and efficient. I'm obsessed with their candles. Prescriptions ready so fast. If I can't make it to pick up my meds they deliver. Best pharmacy in town.

Extremely thankful for this pharmacy for an extremely last minute and urgent prescription that was needed. Their hours are amazing and if it weren’t for them being open till 6 I would have been out of luck! Super helpful and quick!
