ClearSpring Pharmacy is always on time in delivering monthly medications, and I appreciate how quickly they deliver PRN medications when we need a refill, which usually takes only 1–2 days (sometimes even the same day). I used to order refills by entering the prescription number, and that saved time for both me and the staff at ClearSpring. However, the past two times I tried to order refills, the automated service was not available, and I had to speak with the staff directly. This time, I spoke with Lindy at the long-term pharmacy. It was a pleasant start, but since I had so many medications to order for my two clients, I could sense that she was a little bothered by the large number of prescriptions. I tried to make it easier by providing only the Rx numbers. I understand that the staff may have many tasks to handle, but I still expect professionalism. It might be a good idea to bring back the automated phone ordering system. Thank you.
Very bad communication. My Dr. sent my prescription more than a month ago. No messages and no calls about the prescription. I have called every week since then for a total of 5 times and they always give me a different answer. Either they are sending it to the lab or they were waiting for me to tell them that they could make the medication although again, there was no communication that the prescription was ready. They also told me they would call me before sending the prescription so I could authorize the price. They did not do that and just charged my card $140 without any prior authorization. Very unprofessional.
I can say enough good things about the pharmacy. What a lucky find for our family. They have what we need, when we need it, and they work with the Doctor(s) to help resolve issues on our behalf. Thank you.
The staff was very helpful and responsive, helping me with a refill when I was having difficulty getting approval. I received my delivery two day after it was mailed. They were patient with all of my repeat calls. Thank you.
After my prescription was marked as a priority, I was able to pick it up within 2 days. Originally, it had been sent 5 days earlier.
You can not call your prescription in too early, but they take 1-2 weeks to fill. Super slow and now I’m days without my medication. This will be my last refill here. Littleton location

From the pharmacists to the prescription pickup counter always goes above and beyond to make us feel cared for and they address any questions/concerns we may have. Truly a disappointing experience, at every stage of the process of getting medication from this pharmacy. I personally had to call 4 times because they had messed up receiving my prescription, filling my prescription and getting it delivered. I now understand why my doctor suggested going directly with the manufacturer.

I've been using Clear Springs in Cherry Creek for a compounded prescription for the last four years. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind and always go above and beyond to fill my order in a timely manner. When my doctor has a change to the prescription "recipe" they confirm the change with me to insure that we are all on the same page. I appreciate that emensly as it gives me confidence that it's being formulated correctly. If you live or work near Cherry Creek North I highly recommend you visit Clear Springs the next time you need a prescription filled.
