Sudbury Pharmacy

Fantastic experience start to finish. Creates account, added insurance info, filled prescription - all in under 5 minutes. And super helpful / friendly staff. (Side note: big upgrade over the national chain also operating in Sudbury!)

Excellent service and price, beat CVS by over $300. CVS wanted to charge me $450 for a prescription, so I took the prescription to Sudbury Pharmacy and they charged me $57.

FYI they do not work with discount programs like GoodRX. They were the best price on GoodRX and showed as a GoodRX Gold pharmacy, but then in reality the price was about 75% more than CVS would have been and they do not work with GoodRX. It's fine that they don't accept it, but I'm unsure why they show up as a GoodRX pharmacy on the goodrx site. I'm posting this so others don't make the same mistake.

A wonderful pharmacy who knows their customers. The pharmacist and staff are kind, caring folks. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more personal touch, fill your prescriptions here.

I've been a patient for several years. but suddenly if there's any type of supply shortage, this pharmacy is going to dump you out the side of the road and not help you at all.

Recently, I transferred my prescriptions from the CVS pharmacy in Sudbury to Sudbury Pharmacy as I was getting aggravated with CVS not having prescriptions ready when promised. It was so easy transferring and to my amazement, I did this after hours. To my amazement,shortly after I did the necessary work,Sudbury Pharmacy called me and mind you,they were already closed. They text me to remind me which occurred yesterday that I was due for a prescription refill which I don't need to pick up until tommorow and said so for the refill. However,to my amazement,its ready and will pick up tommorow as I do not need the prescriptions yet,but thats ok. Sudbury Pharmacy, "PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE,YOU ARE TOO VALUEABLE!" We are going back to the "Good Old Days". The only thing is no soda fountain like Sudbury Drug way back when and other pharmacies around. Oh well, we can't have everything, :) :-)

Very helpful and go the extra mile. My pediatricians office messed up and didn’t send them the prescription they wrote for me. They stayed open late for me so I could get my daughter’s antibiotics.

This place is private. You get honest, professional service. Cvs has become a mess . They push there mistakes on to the customers , which is unacceptable because they are overwhelmed. No thank you! I left CVS happily
