Been going here since it was Roberts Discount Pharmacy . I no longer live in Bluff Park, but I still drive from Helena to this pharmacy because I’ve been a customer for 20 years and can’t see myself going anywhere else. I do miss Robert very much ,but I will say the new pharmacist, Adam is amazing and has been extremely helpful and kind. This pharmacy for me was all about the kindness and the family oriented vibe. Even though there are new faces now, I have stayed with them because everyone deserves a chance So far, I have been pleased! Thank you.
Always 5 stars, except today. I had The Misfortune of having to deal with a female Pharmacy young technician named Adonis. I told her my name and she abruptly said okay we'll take care of you. Then she came back and said they were out of stock of my prescription which I had called two days earlier for them to order for me. She was very rude and dismissive. The gentleman working told her to check the boxes that had come in and she huffed and puffed walked over there and very aggressively started opening boxes found my prescription, then continue to fill it using her bare hands with no gloves. This is the only employee ever at this Pharmacy that has been so blatantly rude and extremely unhappy. If she hates her job, then perhaps being a pharmacy technician is not a field that she needs to continue to pursue. I was in the store at approximately 9:30 on October 31st 2024 and every other single technician in that store was very ,very friendly and very helpful, happy and impeccable service, except the young pharmacy technician named I was told "Adonis"
Great People as usual, very friendly and helpful personal attention was awesome.
used to be great. has gone downhill since moving to the new location. yesterday was the last time I'll go there. A few months ago an employee asked for birth month and I said January. She looked confused and asked what number of the month that was. Have been told prescriptions were ready only to show up an hour later and they are not ready. They ran out of meds and had to break my prescription up into two bottles and then they messed up the billing and caused issues. I could go on but wont
Excellent Customer Service with economical prices. So convenient too! Love Mills Pharmacy ❤️❤️
I’ve been coming to Mills Pharmacy back when it was first opened in Bluff Park. What a great and friendly staff! The prices are good and they are extremely fast filling your prescriptions. I do miss Robert, but Taylor is doing a fantastic job!! Keep up the good work!! FYI...they also have the cutest gifts for all occasions. ☺️
I moved all my parents' prescriptions to Mills because they put together the pill packs and deliver them to their Assisted Living facility. It went very smooth and they were there to answer my questions.
Mills Pharmacy in Bluff Park used to be fantastic when Mr. Robert was still the owner. Since he retired, over the last few years, the quality of service has plummeted. Some, most, of the employees are some of the sorriest, laziest, disrespectful, "know it all" but really have no idea how to treat customers, people, that I have ever seen. There are about 3 or 4 employees there that should be at a different location. They were bad mouthing people from BluffPark (my home town) because we aren't ghetto. These three women were pickin on this one young girl for being not off. While she was the only one doing any work they did no work and were talking about where they get their hair did at. When the head pharmacists asked one of the "ladies", that was harassing the girl, to help, she rolled her eyes at him and me. Oh yea this was all due to them being out of my medication for the third time in a row. I was told to wait until today and it still wasn't in stock due to weather. WHAT WEATHER! There has not been any bad weather in this area for months. She just flat out lied, again. This hasn't been my first experience with these "ladies'". These three racist "ladies" people should be relocated to a location that they get along with. They were acting so so ignorant. They were so mean, disrespectful, lazy... I had to drive 30 mins to the McCalla location, again, because I cant skip doses. They have lied to me, stopped delivering, and if I ask an employee something they don't know they just make something up. I will update this review with names soon. This is medicine I need. I don't need some retail clerks controlling medication prescribed to me by my expensive Dr. neglecting my health and life. while listening to music and talking about the ghetto and looking at hair and nails on their phone. very unprofessional, and plain terrible experience.
This is the only pharmacy our family uses. They have gone above and beyond so many times for us over the years and they are extremely fast at getting your script ready. I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes from the time I dropped it off, even if it was busy. This is what a true family pharmacy is all about.
They deliver right to my door! And I'm very appreciative for that service because I'm having health problems right now and I can't drive so I can't go get my medicine by myself. And they're always very friendly!
