Hands down the absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to. He knows both my daughter and me by name and my prescriptions are often filled the same day. I have never received the quality of service, or kindness, from any other pharmacy. I drive from Missouri to use this pharmacy and don't plan to go anywhere else! I cannot say enough about the amazing people here, and I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone!

Love his cost plus model, it saves money! Nick is super friendly. Definitely go here if you don’t have insurance and definitely check it out even if you do have insurance. He was cheaper than my insurance copay!

I can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your well-being. They go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly, and they always take the time to answer questions or offer helpful advice. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything you might need. I especially appreciate their personal touch and the effort they make to know their customers by name. It’s rare to find that level of care these days! If you’re looking for a pharmacy that combines expertise with compassion, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!!!!!

I just want to let anyone know if they want the best service in Johnson County area. And the most kindest down the Earth Gentlemen “Nick” the I would not recommend him if he wasn’t the best.I have never meet a person that has such a kind heart, but runs a business very well, takes care of his customers one on one and weill go out of his way to make sure his customers/ business when you leave you will be 💯satisfied. Thank you, Nick for all your great discussions and help with anything that comes to medication. Me personally that goes a long way for my family and myself. Keep up the hard work and you know I’m not going nowhere else and I hope any new clients or existing clients feel the same way. Just a little revelation, I walked in there on 4/28/2025 to pick up 1 medicine but realized I had 4 more that needed filled. He just went ahead and filled the rest of them that way I didn’t have to come back. It took him less than five minutes. That just shows what Jews of business he runs.. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone. That wants to be well taken care of and has any questions. This man is very, very, very knowledgeable. At least take my advice and I can promise you won’t go nowhere anywhere else. these big pharmaceutical companies they don’t care about people. I can’t say enough good things about this independent pharmacy! In a time when big chains and insurance companies are inflating medication prices and limiting access, this pharmacist is doing everything right. Instead of being restricted to just 9–11 nausea pills a month (and charged outrageous prices), I was able to get 30 pills for just $10—no insurance games, no insane markups. This pharmacy is proof that small businesses still care about people over profit. They’re saving me money while giving me the care and access I actually need. If you’re tired of overpriced meds and red tape, this is where you should be going. We need to support more businesses like this.

Nick is the best of the best. He is always incredibly helpful and willing to answer even the most difficult questions. I highly recommend Pharmington Drugs!

Nick the pharmacist is fast and very knowledgeable! I was worried about having to pay out of pocket about my prescriptions but it’s actually cheaper for me to do this instead of getting it run through my insurance or coupons. If you need a reliable pharmacist who makes time to counsel and advise you on proper medication usage or have any questions about anything he’s your man.

Excellent service. I'm glad I found out about them from the local news. In my case, my Rx cost me about 1/3 what it cost me using my insurance and going to a traditional pharmacy. Unless your insurance pays for something in full, I recommend reaching out and getting a quote on a price. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Absolutely the best! Great guy and I doubt you can find your regular medications at a lower price. I might ne wrong but definitely wrth checking out!
