Heartland Pharmacy

Two different pharmacists were unable to accurately quote me the price of medication without insurance over the phone and in writing in an email despite my language being very precise. When I arrived to the pharmacy, my medication costed $135 more than expected and lame excuses were given. One pharmacist even attempted to blame me for the misunderstanding when they were incapable of reading or listening. Those same two pharmacists also tried to give me a multi-use vial to draw injections from over a two and a half month period when the manufacturer’s instructions explicitly say to not draw from the same vial for any longer than a month at a time due to the risk of muscular infection. I spent all day trying to get my single prescription moved to this pharmacy only for them to utterly waste my time, give bad medication advice, give a bad quote in two different forms, have an attitude about it, not have the entire amount of prescription ready facilitating two trips across three days to get my entire prescription, and cost me a significant amount of money that I would have avoided had I not changed pharmacies. Seeing as how I can’t trust them to give accurate prices or medication advice, I definitely will not be giving them any more business.

We showed up to pick a mates pills after getting discharged and they were kind and quick. They also explained delivery options with him which I think he will opt in to. Overall a great pharmacy to utilize.

I changed pharmacies to Heartland Pharmacy around this time last year and I have been so pleased! The staff is so kind and caring, and I always feel well taken care of when I visit Heartland. The staff takes the time to get to know you, and they are so helpful when I ask questions about my medication - they oftentimes answer questions before I even have a chance to ask! The staff is very proactive and they also are quick to fill your prescriptions. I also love that they are local - I think that speaks to the heart behind the business! If you are looking for a new pharmacy, go to Heartland!

The. Best. Been dealing with pharmacies my entire life and have NEVER dealt with one like Heartland. Customer service is past top notch - pleasant, courteous, fast, informative, accurate, and they deliver!? After an especially trying medical event and complicated medications, Heartland was really there for us, and helped more than anyone in the entire process. We appreciate you Heartland Pharmacy, you guys really are the best. (Thank you April!)

I recently changed from a different pharmacy to Heartland Pharmacy in Conway, and I am very happy with the change. Everyone at Heartland is very helpful and knowledgeable. Heartland Pharmacy delivers my medications to my house, which is a huge help for someone who can't always drive due to health related reasons. I no longer have to stand in a long line just to find out I will have to come back later to get medicine that isn't ready; Heartland delivers them to me when they are ready.

Demi, Cathy & Hailey are so amazing they rock and they also check interactions with other meds

I have been going there monthly now for about three years. Very friendly staff, medicine is Always ready and Never any insurance issues.
