Heartland Pharmacy

Staff was nice enough and had what I was picking up ready. Unfortunantly only one person seems to be able to do the register so had to wait for him to finish drive thru for him to help me. Not even a it will be a minute from the three other faces staring at me.

This is by far best pharmacy and staff I have ever used and I’m seventy!!! They make you feel like family!

Yall gave my FIL his pain medication when he walked in a few days ago as a new patient with zero issue yet when my husband tries for the 2nd month in a row to get his prescribed medication (the same as FIL) he's told AGAIN that he can't get his full script. There's also is issue with what 28 days means too. Super annoyed with the attitude he was given. Do NOT whine to the customer that it's hard on yall" because it's way harder for pain patients to do anything without their meds. The problem is with YOUR system and its none of our problem if the you're not given enough meds for people that rightfully deserve them AND HOW ABOUT GIVING THE ENTIRE SCRIPT? Twice in a row he was only given part of it and yet you tell him your saving meds for others and only have enough for those people which should include him.?! HOW DO YOU EVEN STAY OPEN? New edit: Yall really let my husband suffer all weekend with no meds?! The scrpit was put in Thursday and the doc is saying that they did their job then calling in the scripts and it's clear y'all arent. Liars. Every screw up, which has been every interaction weve had with yall, will be posted. We dont have much choice left but deal with yall so yall wont have any choice over dealing with us. I mean, do your job and give us the meds and I wont be out here screaming the truth about how terrible yall are! He is suffering but screw him and how that affects his entire life! Right?! Black hair with the attitude, be nice at least if you cant do your job AND DONT COMPLAIN TO HIM OR ANY CUSTOMERS Can't stand being constantly jerked around by "professionals "

By far the best pharmacy I have ever used. Great service and very friendly atmosphere. I will not go anywhere else ever again to fill my prescriptions.

No details needed. Just go try to pickup a prescription that was called in almost a week in advance and you'll see why it's one star. Ignoring customers is never okay, nor are rude remarks. I'll be having my doctor change my preferred pharmacy BACK to Wal-Mart. I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes than deal with this

I switched to this Pharmacy about a year ago and I could not be more pleased with my decision. They are the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
