Date of visit: August 14, 2025 Time: ~7:48 PM I visited this location in the evening and needed to check out. The only cashier visible at the front was engaged in a personal conversation with another individual and did not acknowledge or assist me promptly. She continued swinging her lanyard and talking while I waited, only offering to help once I had already started unloading my items — at which point the manager stepped in and completed my transaction. The delay and lack of acknowledgment made me feel deprioritized as a customer. I value friendly and efficient service, but also timeliness and professionalism. I hope this feedback is received constructively to ensure all customers are served promptly, regardless of personal conversations or other distractions.

My visit was very prompt. I was basically in and out. My medicine was ready when I showed my identification and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I work overnights so it was a great help not to have to stand in a long line or wait around to get my order filled. It was ready when I arrived and I was out in a short amount of time. The Meadowbrook pharmacy has excellent service. This was a first time visit for me and I had no mix ups or problems. Very good service.

Rude passive aggressive employees. They never have medication in stock even when every other pharmacy in Jackson does. I transferred my prescriptions the idiots sent them without the discount coupons when I asked them to transfer the coupon they insisted that the other pharmacy contact them when they knew they had transferred the medications. It took 6 phone calls the whole experience with CVS was a nightmare

I can not stand the fact that they closed all these cvs’s and then they don’t have pharmacy techs to cover the load. Going to cvs is very stressful and sometimes mood altering!

The customer Service at the CVS pharmacy is horrible. The manager that's over the pharmacy was very rude and DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Her assistant was rude as well.
