My sister put me on this Pharmacy several years ago when I was complaining about a different Pharmacy and their service. She insisted I give Maumelle Family Pharmacy a try. I have had 5 star service from day one. Quick, accurate and very respectful of meds that keep you functioning. So glad she told me about this Pharmacy, I tell others about their services. Very professional staff, they always do their best to serve the customer. Thank You Maumelle Family Pharmacy for what you do everyday.

They always go above and beyond and have even graciously delivered our medications free of cost which is available for every client without transportation or inability to pick up. This is the best pharmacy I've ever used and I'm 41 years old. They are all extremely kind, caring, and helpful. They also have the shortest wait times. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my prescriptions. BEST PHARMACY EVER!

Had an issue with another local pharmacy (Anchor) giving me erroneous information and all around poor customer service. Thay caused me to leave the state for Thanksgiving without enough of my medication to last the whole time I was gone. I decided to use this pharmacy. I called them and within 30 minutes they had bent over backwards to expedite getting all my records and prescriptions transferred. I've already notified my doctor (or his nurse) that frome this point further to call in anything I'm perscribed to The Medicine Shoppe. Thank you for making a very bad situation not near as bad for me, even if some of it was just providing information. Luckily I don't have a lot of medical issues. It's not a huge amount of money I have to spend at this time. However my parents and two close friends do have quite a bit of medical issues and they will be moving their business here also.

This has consistently been THE best pharmacy for us. Living in a neighboring town, they even provide delivery services and do their best to fill some of our “odd ball” prescriptions. My daughter is medically fragile and hospitalized often. Maumelle Medicine Shoppe has provided delivery of medications prescribed from hospitalization before we even got home from being discharged. Very attentive to patient needs and idiosyncrasies. Fantastic pharmacy and staff.

I have worked with these folks for the past 8 years that we have lived in the Maumelle area. Their customer service is second to none. They are very kind, gracious and accommodating. They go the second mile to take care of their clients. I really appreciate them.

Switched from Walgreens and could not be more pleased! Wonderful people, exceptional service, and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to have a more personal experience with my prescription and over the counter medications.
