Clarence Sullivan is one of the best Pharmacists I have had the pleasure of knowing. Even when busy, he will take time to answer a phone call about medication concerns. When I cannot pick up the medications, he has them delivered. I have never been in his pharmacy when I was not greeted with a smile and a hello. If you are looking for a pharmacist who cares about your health and well-being and treats you as family, Clarence Sullivan, with the Pharmacy Shop on Southland Drive is the person you need to see.

I have been going to the Pharmacy Shop for close to 25 years. Clarence and Amanda are both knowledgeable pharmacists who really care about their customers. The rest of the staff is wonderful and always helpful, they have all become dear friends. I would recommend the Pharmacy Shop to anyone who wants a small town feel with staff who genuinely cares. I would not go anywhere else.

It is so important to support independent pharmacies like this one! The owners and employees know me when I come in. They are informed about what my family members and I need. It is so rare to receive personal service like this, and so critical for good health. I can’t recommend the Pharmacy Shop highly enough!

Clarence is devoted to his customers! He’s been on Southland dr for over 50 years, he made sure that my parents got their meds when they couldn’t get out. I know everyone in the pharmacy and they know everyone by name. I’ve been to other pharmacies in the past but this is the friendliest group and I’ll keep coming until they close their doors!

I am so thankful changes in my prescription coverage forced me to look at other pharmacies including the Pharmacy Shop. They are detailed, informative, and most personable. They follow through on every need taking time to provide thorough explanations when needed. They allow me to feel most confident at all times.

Since moving to Lexington we have used three different Pharmacies. We like to use a pharmacy near home. The Pharmacy Shop has been the friendliest by far. It’s nice to be called by your name. Service is great.

I am so pleased so many have had good experiences at this shop. The staff is pleasant. But I have been called only once when a prescription was ready, though always told I would be contacted. I have been assured a prescription would be ready, then delayed almost every time I have called in. I realize a compounding Pharmacy needs time. But to tell me my compounded prescription will be ready at 1:00 on Saturday, then arrive at 1:30 to find the place closed until Monday is a bit distressing.

The Pharmacy Shop is the best pharmacy we have ever experienced. We have used pharmacies across the country where we have lived and not one has surpassed the customer service, kindness, professionalism, knowledge of Clarence and Karen. They and their staff are a pleasure to know. It is the ideal pharmacy for anyone that needs a little or a lot and is suited well for long-term medical needs. I would invite you to give them a try. No disappointments, I'm sure.

I was referred by a co-worker and WOW! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. What a bunch of sweet caring people! There aren't too many stores in the area that know who you are but Karen and staff know you by name. Their pricing is sooooo much cheaper than most chain pharmacies too. I paid $118.58 for an RX elsewhere that Pharmacy Shoppe only charged me $17.30 for. Same pills and quantity. Not only are they less expensive but they are fast and have a delivery service too. Well worth a try. I know I'll be staying as a regular!!!

i have been getting all of my prescription needs taken care of here for years. They go out of their way to make sure your meds are filled and are ready for you when you arrive. It is also really nice when your pharmacist knows you by name, it makes you feel more open to asking questions which you may not otherwise ask a stranger..love all u guys!

For 5 months now, it has taken 8-10 days to get my prescription filled; every month. Out of frustration I switched to a different compounding pharmacy and they had it ready the same day. I don't know how a place this unorganized stays in business.

I'm confident that Clarence and Karen are always a step ahead of me when it comes to my health. They make sure I have what I need before I need it!! I know who is handling my pills instead of trusting someone who doesn't know me and my health issues and insurance!

The Pharmacy Shop could improve with their overall attitude! From Dr. Sullivan to the staff that answers the phone, they are VERY rude. Their attitude is they are doing a favor to fill a prescription! By treating people in this manner it will eventually impact their business in a negative way. There are other choices in Lexington!

The best Pharmacy in town, they go above and beyond to help there customers. I have certain medications that have to be specially ordered and they do this for me, I have gotten my medications from this pharmacy for over well over 20 years. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. There the best.

I always get VIP treatment at the Pharmacy Shop. It feels like my hometown pharmacy in Mount Vernon, where I grew up. Clarence and Karen Sullivan are very kind as are all the staff.

The very best place to get prescriptions filled. Karen and Clarence go way out of their way to help you. I was able to quit smoking after 40 years, because of help and encouragement I received. They're the greatest!!!

We get my cat's medicine here ( has to be compounded), in the beginning they called/texted when it was ready but recently I've had to call them to see if they have it ready. Not sure what happened and it's taking longer for them to prepare it
