This pharmacy was decent when I first moved here a year ago. The pharmacist, Conner, is truly a great guy—knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, what brings this place down is the staff of pharmacy techs. Time and time again, I’ve been met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a clear lack of basic customer service skills. It doesn’t take much effort to treat people with kindness, respect, and compassion—especially in a healthcare setting. Sadly, that’s missing here, and it really overshadows the good work Conner does. And lastly don’t call because they will pick up and hang up immediately several times before you actually reach someone. It’s ridiculous.

If you need a Walgreens, DONT GO HERE, customers are told no public bathrooms. Staff is rude, uninterested in helping anyone and could careless! They need to move this Walgreens into a better neighborhood and don't go at night, especially single women.

It's hard for me to think of anything negative about this Walgreens location . . . Of course I can't understand them not allowing me to use their restroom when I had to pee real bad . I know there's a few homeless people that hang around sometimes but I've been recognized as a frequent customer - let me use your restroom right

No public restrooms at the pharmacy is kinda weird to me. But I understand it could be a problem with vandalism

I came into the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions they were done at another location. I asked they be brought here. The young lady ignored me for a few minutes walking around before she came to assist me. It's closer to my house. When I returned the young lady came up asked me my dob I said it she asked me to repeat it. I said again she asked me if I had a problem. I said no do you have one. At this point it wasn't ready had to get in line again. She was friendlier to the next person. I came back up asked to deal with someone else. The pharmacist came up and took care of me I told him what happened she walked by gave me a dirty look. She lacks customer service skills and is rude for no reason. Maybe she shouldn't deal with the public.

Been going here for the last 3 years. The staff here is always nice and professional. They are usually timely on RX refills. As of this post, Lane 2 is not operating but there isn’t a sign. A sign would be helpful not only as a courtesy to customers, but to alleviate staff from having to respond to confused folks, multiple times on a daily basis.

Dirty & the Cashier was incredibly unfriendly! You could tell by her attitude that she was irritated to have to check us out! She didn’t even get up out of the chair she was sitting in!

Rude and unfriendly staff. The woman at the pharmacy drive thru was more concerned with looking at her phone, dancing with her fellow employee friend, and yapping than with assisting me. She was rude during my previous visit too. It's always the same incompetent, uncaring service with this pharmacy. If you hate your jobs, quit. I'm absolutely changing pharmacies.

They have all you could ask for in a Drug Store, but their prices are steep, even in comparison to their other locations. And the store employees are rude at best, pharmacy cashiers are
