Script was sent from ortho after care at 7:24 I had text for proof. We were in line by 7:35. Had several cars ahead. When got to the window at 7:55 they REFUSED to fill it because they were closing! Said they “just got it” and no matter what we said such as live an hour away & couldn’t transfer the script because controlled she kept saying they are closing & will NOT fill it would have it ready by the next morning. Such attitude too. I had to go see a surgeon at the same ortho place next day. Came to pick up medicine 12:40 no one came to the window til 12:57 & then she said insurance wouldn’t cover. Me being proactive in my care I called the insurance company before I left my home to make sure no issues. She ran several codes and said was good to go if they have any issues to give them a call. So she stepped away to call them. Finally 1:15 leaving with medication. Ridiculous! Never again will I use them !!!!

The WORST pharmacy ever. It was convenient so I stayed way longer than I should. Pharmacist and techs were always beyond rude. They’d hold my prescription for an extra day just because they could. They continued to lose prescriptions or didn’t get the escript or voicemail. The icing on the cake was several years ago I picked up what I assumed was 60 ADHD meds one evening. The next morning when I took my first dose I noticed there was way less than 60! There were 30! Now with a C-2 drug the chances of getting anyone to believe you or give you your meds is not likely. I knew if they counted their pills and looked on camera they’d find something. I was accused of taking 30 in 8 hours and possibly selling them. I was furious. I said I know you count your C 2 ‘s and match them everyday and they said they’d count them and they claimed all were accounted for. I said please watch your cameras from the time I was in there last night. I noticed a tech leave and enter the security room…..followed by a store manager and then a pharmacist. Rudely another pharmacist said “you have the original bottle with you?” …..”yes”. She said well I need to put your other 30 pills in there. Oh really? She said that the techs printer ran out of labels in the middle of her counting them so it threw her off???? Ok, so the pharmacist didn’t catch it when he supposedly verified it. That pharmacist and tech never came back while I was there and I never got an apology. That is a really big deal and I’m not sure what was seen on camera and what really happened, but I transferred every prescription the next day. I sat there for 2 hours waiting on this fiasco. They should’ve been inspected and I called the home office with no return call ever. WORST EVER, but I must’ve took them all or sold them……nah, someone pocketed them. Would never go back to that pharmacy ever again.

The customer service can't be any worse here. No matter what you do or what medication you need expect to wait at minimum of an hour at the pharmacy for you meds

They took forever to fill any of my medicines. The average time it took was hours. I once dropped of my script and came back a day later is when they decided to say they didn't have any in stock. I would've gone somewhere else to fill it. I haven't been back in a year so hopefully it's better but I will never use that Walgreen's again. If a Walgreens out of state filled mine in 15 minutes and it's also had more patients than something is wrong with this one.

Normally I have no issues. But my doctor put in my anti-inflammatory 3 days ago. I am in pain. Prescription was sent Friday afternoon and wasn't even looked at before close. The pharmacy was closed early on Saturday and nothing was done. Sunday the prescription was ready after they closed. I'm not amused.

Inconsistent is generous. I have been using this store for 20 years and it gets worse year by year. They churn through chemists so fast it's impossible to establish any kind of rapport. Twice they have abandoned their 24 hour pharmacy and then the flaws of this particular store become glaring. There is a much better run store less then a mile away and without the 24 hour status this store is superfluous. Look for it to close in 2018. (a prediction.) If it does it won't be missed.

Computer systems eat faxes doctors send in and then they tell you that the doctor didn't send it in, even if you watched the doctor do it. Then they make you feel like they're doing you a favor to fix their problem. Avoid at ALL costs. Terrible employees and horrible software systems = piss poor service.

Excessive LONG lines and endless waiting inside and drive through. Meds are never ready when you pick them up. Prescriptions run out before it gets picked up because its not ready. "Automatic" refills is a joke.

Worst pharmacy. They won’t let you walk in and get your prescription but they will let people wait 30 min in line outside so that the line goes out to the road. Lazy and rude

Horrible pharmacy... I honestly have never been treated so bad. The customer service is terrible, the techs are rude. If you can I advise you to go somewhere else.
