I buy my grandkids multivitamins here and a few of mine. I always make sure they are made here in the U.S. and not China. Their vitamins and minerals are complete garbage!
They cancel prescriptions without notification. They never have prescriptions ready on time. There will be 6 people in the pharmacy, and 5 of them are chitchatting while 1 handles both the pickup line and drive thru while struggling to maintain their sanity.
If I could, I’d give 0/5 stars. 2 times this week already, they’ve given us a pick up time and when we showed up, they said it was going to take even longer. Absolutely not.
NEVER do a partial fill on any controlled substance!! They didn’t have enough of the medication to fill my whole prescription, so I did a partial fill and was told to come back when I ran out to pick up the remaining amount.. They’re now saying that the system closed that order out and refuse to fill the last half of my prescription. At this point I have missed two doses and have no way to contact this particular doctor to help move this process along. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and both times I have felt as though I was being treated and looked at in a certain type of way due to the medication being a controlled substance. There is literally nothing I can do to remedy THEIR mistake that has now caused me to go into withdrawals. I’m furious!
Hands down the worst pharmacy around. I will NEVER be back. The latest fiasco… made appointments a week in advance to get our booster for 11:00 on Sunday. Show up and there is a note on the pharmacy that said due to low manning they won’t open till 2:00. Oh thanks!! Don’t bother telling people that have actual appointments that you won’t be there. We specifically made this appointment for that day because it was the only time we had for the next few weeks. And they can’t even be bothered to call us and reschedule or save us a trip. Luckily Kroger took care of us as walk ins. I’m sick of the Walgreens pharmacy crying over how it isn’t their fault that they suck. Other pharmacies around town are managing to do their job 🤷🏼♀️
By far the worst customer service, slow and lack of willingness to help. Trying to pick up a prescription for days and they claim is not ready after getting a text from them. Once at the drive-thru after a 30 minutes wait they refuse to fill out the prescription. Allison the Manager is rough spoken and useless when it comes to resolve and issue with customers. The understaff situation it’s not an excuse for the bad service they offer it’s never a pleasant experience with the staff. Never using this pharmacy again.
Absolutely sorry. Had to transfer mother in laws prescription from Jacksonville because there was no pharmacist there on a Saturdayat noon. They said they would have it ready and we get there and they tell us another hour and half. Why anyone uses Walgreens for anything is beyond me!
More often then not I have issues getting my refills without some sort of problem coming up. 100% changing pharmacies
Until now, my only issue with this pharmacy was the length of time we had to wait. We've used this pharmacy since 2006. Recently, though, when I tried to pick up a prescription after verifying TWO times that it was there, the employee gave me the incorrect medication, which was the exact opposite of what we needed. She even closed out the correct prescription thinking that's what she'd given us. If she had only looked at the bag that she scanned, the whole issue could've been prevented. After calling and driving up for an emergency dose and a refund, another employee verified my experience and confirmed that the error was on their part. When asked what reason to put for the refund being returned, her response was "other, so we don't have to explain ourselves." Medication administration is such a huge responsibility. Not everyone has family to comb through their meds and make sure it's all correct. If this error had happened with a cardiac drug, the end result couldve been severe. People make mistakes, but I feel the way this situation was handled covered up the mistake rather than acknowledging it and creating a new system to prevent it from happening again.
I’ve been trying to pick up a prescription for 4 days and every time I go up there they tell me how behind they are but they will put it on the “priority” list so it gets done in 30 minutes. 4 days later and it’s still not filled. I’m tired of hearing they are short staffed…I get it, everyone is. People are reliant on their meds to manage pain, illness, and life threatening conditions! If you are so far behind that you can’t fill people’s prescriptions for days, maybe you should close to the public until you are caught up. I hate this store and once I have this prescription, I will take my business elsewhere.
The pharmacy workers have been very helpful tonight. It's just about time for them to close, but they are calm and super friendly. I am very very impressed.
Worst pharmacy ever! Called MULTIPLE times about my insulin prescription and kept getting hung up on. I know they're busy, and I don't even mind waiting to talk to someone. But completely unprofessional to keep disconnecting calls.
I’ve never had a pleasant experience, currently on hold now to see if my prescription is ready & going on 8 minutes. I stopped using them because they’re so awful but Fred’s pharmacy shut down, please get different people or more people so this is a decent pharmacy.
I signed up for the text message renewals. On the 14th it asked me to refill so I did, but never received a notification that it was ready. On the 21st it asked again, and I did so again. On the 23rd I finally went to the location since I …
Always the friendliest pharmacy crowd I know. They are quick with all the work they have to do also!
Don't count on this location if you have a serious need for your medication. Closed yesterday at 5:00 instead of 10:00 with no notice even though I was there an hour and a half before to drop off a prescription. No signs and nothing said by …
Damn! I'm looking for a good reliable pharmacy. But reading all the shitty 1 star reviews about this Walgreens store. I think ill expand my search.
This review Is, particularly for the pharmacy! 0 stars, negative stars, infinity negative stars. If I had time to make 100 fake accounts and post negatives I still would not be satisfied. Refusing to serve a person at the window is atrocious. The other 1 star reviews are on point.
Every month I get my meds filled here they quote me a 2-3 hr wait time. When I check back it's always we need 15-30 more mins.....I don't even live in this town so I have to sit and wait forever.
They don’t always have medication in stock and some are back ordered. I was able to find my meds at another pharmacy.
