I’ve been getting prescriptions delivered from Meiers for a couple of years now. They’re always so quick to fill and ship my prescriptions. Best prices too!! There was even a time I was on accutane and they’d throw in a chapstick and lotion every once in a while knowing my skin was probably dry in that medicine 🥰 big fan! …

Top rate service. Fun local neighborhood pharmacy. The only issue, I have is that they are closed weekends. Love the staff and owners. Also unique items to shop and browse while picking up my prescriptions.

This is a wonderful pharmacy for mail in prescriptions. They prioritize patient care and actively focus on offering best pricing for medications.

Meier’s Pharmacy advertises a ‘price match guarantee’ on their website, but when I called to inquire about price matching for prescriptions, I was told they do not offer it. When I pointed out what their website states about price matching, the associate looked up their website, read the About section, and then clarified that they do have a price match, but it only applies to insurance copays, not cash-pay prescriptions. Their website specifically states: 'If you don't have insurance please still visit us. With our competitive cash prices and price match program we will happily still serve you.' It also lists 'Price match guarantee' as one of their services. However, this does not appear to apply to out-of-pocket prescriptions. I’m disappointed by the discrepancy between what’s advertised on the website and what I was told over the phone. This is important information for those paying out of pocket, as the website does not specify this limitation. If you’re considering Meier’s Pharmacy for price matching, I recommend calling first to confirm what applies to your situation.

Meiers pharmacy is a gem. If you believe customer service is an art that has been lost….. visit Meiers and your faith will be renewed! They are always cheerful and kind and extremely helpful. They always ship medications for free and I love that they text questions for quick answers!!!

Such amazing people. My daughter is starting a medication known to dry her lips and skin, and with the shipment of her prescription they included a sweet gift to help her ease those discomforts. They also deliver which is so very convenient! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, the smoothest transactions I've had in a very long time. Thanks again Meier's pharmacy staff for being so great!

Absolutely wonderful pharmacy. I don’t live in the city that they are located in. I was referred to them by the pharmacy in my home city, since my rx with insurance would be nearly $200 at Walmart Pharma. They have a self-pay price for the same prescription of just $50. I live about 40 minutes away, during rush hour, and I leave my job at 5:30 PM, so I explained that I’ll ask my boss to let me out of work a little early, so that I can get there before closing time to pick up my prescription. She then advised that they actually do free shipping. Completely blown away by the level of service from this pharmacy, as well as the unbeatable prices! (Pseudonym is used for Google Reviews, the name that I provided for my RX is my legal name. Adding this note to avoid any confusion 🙂)

Horrible customer service experience, I’ve been going here for years, but won’t be back now. I spoke with a lady pharmacist who “has worked there for 7 years” who was extremely dismissive. I had asked about same day delivery and she said that Meiers has never offered that and was extremely short with me (even though I have had a handful of same day rx delivered). Then I had her check my babies rx and she said “we don’t even have that here” and I said do you have any suggestions of where else I can go, to which her reply was “you’re going to have to look it up”. I’m a working mom who is taking time off to take my sick newborn baby to the Dr. and then to call Meiers and to have someone be so rude is just not the experience I expected. I am disappointed and hope they figure their customer service out. I hope that her caregiver/pharmacist treats her better than she treated us.

Dear Meier's Staff- I really do want to support local, non-chain businesses, especially those in my area. That is why I gave your pharmacy a try. I also understand that mistakes can happen, but a business’s reputation lies in how mistakes are handled. Meier’s completely botched my prescription. Back and forth, on long holds over and over. Frustrating, but... Ok, things happen. If staff was responsive, helpful, apologetic and friendly about it, this review would be quite different! I tried to be understanding, but staff was just so unfriendly and a bit put out they had to deal with their own lack of organization. Felt like the customer service of a Walmart. Again, I really do prefer supporting small businesses. This would be so easy to change, but I didn't get the sense anyone I dealt with cares one way or the other. While I am taking my business elsewhere, I hope you read this and understand that you may have a blind spot in the customer service area.

Will absolutely keep using Meiers pharmacy because of their helpfulness, convenience and support. Very nice people to work with and am impressed with their customer support. I originally had an issue with my payment processing but customer service reached out to me and was extremely helpful in fixing the issue I was having. Thank you!
