Switched my whole family to Vorac, from Walgreens, to support local and am the happiest I did. Great hometown friendly service where the pharmacist knows you and your family. Nate and his staff take the time to go above and beyond answering all questions and finding the right products. Even so far as remembering individual situations and following up on them! I've never once experienced any communication issues between pharmacy and docs or any problems with my medicines. Their app is also super user friendly! We love Vorac!

I can’t speak highly enough about Vorac Pharmacy, their services, and most importantly, their staff. Vorac’s staff are stellar—warm, professional, educational, and kind. Ashley, one pharmacy technician, spent over an hour and a half with me the first time in as a client, helping me (frazzled) sort through dozens of medication in a medication reconciliation. Vorac goes above and beyond in so many ways. Not only do they call you a week before your medication refills to see if any medication changes have occurred, but they also have the ability to prepare/prepackage your individual medication prescriptions together. This has given me almost 100% medication compliance. I am so thrilled to have been recommended this old gem in Geneseo—now it’s me recommending them!

My insurance does not cover the medication I was prescribed. Walgreen's told me it would be $300, but $170 with their discount card. A co-worker referred me to Vorac's and before Nate even knew the cost of the medicine at Walgreen's, he quoted me less than $30. Everyone was incredibly friendly over the phone and in the actual pharmacy. The entire staff seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs. Thank you so much Vorac's team, my whole family's prescriptions will be coming to you now instead!

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. They want your business. They go that extra little step to make sure your meds are correct , they know how important it is to have the correct information about your Dr.s and medication. Vorac Pharmacy is a great local pharmacy with great owners and employees. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure I am comfortable with my prescription. So much better and more trustworthy than a big box pharmacy. I highly recommend!!
