I love this pharmacy(Although some of their patrons are a little iffy). I was also, at first, a little off putted by how they didn't seem to have motivation for their jobs, but seeing what they have to deal with on a day to day basis, i kinda understand...However, after getting them to warm up to me, they have been FANTASTIC! Even in the beginning, i never had any issues. I literally go 10 min out of my way just to pick up from here. Great Staff!

Can never fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Half the time I wait for a week for my scripts to be filled and end up running out of my medication. I cannot stand this place anymore. Sometimes it takes them a week to process my refills. The staff is incompetent. For the love of all that is good go somewhere else. I'm transferring all my scripts out.

This place can't seem to get my insurance billed correctly and also I have been told that I was going to have my medications delivered just to find out later in the day (when it's too late to deliver) that has never been processed or paid for instead my debit card number was written down on a piece of paper and left on the side with all of my information. I am a new transplant recipient and they are not communicating with me regarding my anti-rejection meds. they claim that one was filled on the 5th which is today but they don't open until 10 and it is now a couple minutes after 9 a.m. so when was it filled? when were they going to tell me? this is a medication I've been trying to get for a week. I'm very unhappy. Edith the pharmacist is great however she hasn't been there for a couple of months.

I’m struggling stying with this pharmacy. Pharmacist Edith is great. She is very personable and pleasant in assisting you. I do find it odd that when I complained about a brand of sublingual meds I dissolve under my tongue I was told that’s the only brand they carry and the store can not order a different brand even though I’ve told them the pill can sometimes take over 1/2 hour to dissolve. So I’ve taken that prescription to Costco because the brand they carry dissolves much better than the Fry’s genetic. I also have to take weekly injections I give myself. My doctor orders the needles and syringes I use on Tuesday and on Friday I went in to pick up and the prescription was not ready so I had to sit and wait while they filled the prescription. No reason why it wasn’t ready, it just wasn’t after 3 days!

So at this point I'm doing their job at this pharmacy. I went to the doctor early this morning who sent an electronic script and it took ME calling and suffering all day for them to say " Oh give us an hour to fill it". I've been home all day sicker than a dog waiting for these guys. To think I just transferred to this pharmacy. What have I done seriously. This isn't like you Fry's what happened to customer service? You guys are usually my favorite store.

Their text notifications don't match up. I'll get a text that my meds are ready, but when I go to pick them up, they're not ready and I end up waiting. Also, I've got a year of refills and every time it's time to refill (every 90 days), they tell me to have my doctor send it in... I have to be adamant and until they actually look look it and do a little research, they see that my refills are there in their computer. Then I have to wait for them to fill them or they say they'll be ready like hours later. Other than that, the staff is friendly, they ALWAYS have the meds. They never have to order it in and they take pretty much most insurances. I've always had problems with other places like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. Not here. 😀

Edith the Pharmacist was so awesome!!! She helped me get a refund on a prior medication where I should not have been charged. Edith really went the extra mile for me. Ezra and Briana always give me such great customer service too. I love these guys!!!!

Hassan is extremely rude and unprofessional. If there is a language barrier and I kindly ask to speak to someone who I can understand and who can also understand me , does not call for you to throw your hands up in the air and say shoo shoo and start yelling at me. So unnecessary!

Not sure why these guys can be so frigging stupid. I called in an RX refill on Wednesday that was not renewable until Friday. However the RX usually has to be ordered in which I explained and confirmed with the idiot that took the order. Guess what? He never ordered them -- and they have none in stock. They will now not have them in until Monday since they have to be ordered.

This pharmacy is working hard to earn my business. Especially Edith. She has called my cardiologists office when an Rx was supposedly sent, but went without being received by Fry's. The tech's don't always know the answers to some of the most basic questions, however.
