Fry's Pharmacy

The store is in a good location, seems well stocked, the pharmacy is wonderful. But....This location is poor on checkout. There aren't enough manual cashiers. Only about 3 at most. And they have to also bag the groceries. No baggers. And there's no carts! Half of the automated cashiers are broken and closed.. Lines are always long. And today I see that they have batteries locked up! Well, one way to stop theft is presence. You need more employees working the most busy times. What good are automated cashiers if no one can use them? They are only good when a customer has a few items. Customers are standing and watching another customer try as hard as they can to deal with the technology. Only makes what's supposed to be a quick method of checkout even more slow than going to a manual cashier. But then the manual cashiers are doing all they can, however without a bagger, and big orders, and only very few, those lines are long and the wait time is long. I blame the management. The employees are doing the best they can with little support.

Subject: Assistant Manager's Assistance I would like to commend the Assistant Manager Holly for their exceptional support and willingness to step in when needed. On July 22, 2023 at about 7:12am, I encountered a situation where Drama, who usually helps me with my birthday balloons, was unexpectedly off duty. As a result, I was concerned about the task not being done since Floral does not open until 9am. However, the Assistant Manager came to the rescue straight from the parking lot to start her day with car keys and an energy drink in hand, and without any hesitation, offered their assistance in the Floral department. Her proactive and helpful attitude made my day significantly easier, and I am truly grateful for her dedication to ensuring a smooth experience. It's heartwarming to have a manager who genuinely care about the success and well-being of their store. Holly's willingness to step in and offer help without any question demonstrates their commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Holly for their support and for going above and beyond to make a positive impact. Her actions exemplify the values and spirit Fry's strive to maintain within the store. Overall, I hope to continue witnessing their remarkable contributions to the workplace. What is 911 for? When they can't handle me or some one being a patient in enough time before it's emergency. Why haven't them done that for me. They know the distance between here and to the emergency room. never have they let them bring me to emergency room as I wait in lobby to stay put BECAUSE

Honestly and no lie. Best pharmacy i have ever been to my entire lofe. Very professional and helpful in any way they can be. I wish i coupd give more than 5 stars. The main pharmacist in the a lady is very polite and caring

Seriously the best pharmacy in the area. Quick refill time. Smooth for refills and usually get the medication done before the estimated time. I regret not coming here sooner.

If i could rate this location zero stars i would. Worst experience ever. The staff was rude and impatient.

Clean and spacious store

Always no matter WHO answers the phone are always in a hurry to get you off!

Staff is alway friendly, pharmacist is always willing to answer any questions.
