This has been my Walgreens for years but they recently put ALL cosmetics and ALL hair care products behind locked glass. It makes it extremely difficult to shop for products when you can't look at anything without calling for an employee, waiting until they show up to unlock the case and then trying to make a decision while they stand there waiting to relock the case back up. I use to enjoy making an impulse buy in there cosmetic or hair care section but not anymore. Even the cheapest brands of shampoo are behind glass.
I genuinely love this pharmacy. While there have been times when I’ve been on hold for an hour or had my call disconnected, I understand how busy they can get and simply try again at a different time. They’ve made occasional human errors, and I’ve even waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, but despite these challenges, the staff is always kind and professional. I don’t have insurance and haven’t for the past four years, yet they consistently offer me coupons that have saved me thousands of dollars. Their dedication to helping customers makes all the difference, and I truly appreciate their service.
Only store close but their prices have gone up some out ragous. Only store it wouldn't ship there has bad experience at Walgreens. Don't buy Scarlet card robbed me of 350.00
Disappointed in this pharmacy, went from 5 Stars down to 1. Reason for this is I was continuously put on hold for over 15 minutes just to ask one simple question! I understand your pharmacy may be understaffed but to keep putting me on hold after it keeps ringing on your end is very unprofessional. I think I am done with your Pharmacy as of today. No wonder Most patients are looking for new pharmacies to transfer their RX’s to other locations. If you need your medications soon because you’re under the weather, save your time and money by going to another competitor. Plus I was just disconnected by someone at your store! Thanks for wasting 25 minutes of my time.
The customer service at this establishment, particularly in the pharmacy, is quite lacking. They really need to enhance their training to provide prompt assistance to customers. When someone approaches you, a simple greeting like, "Hi, how can I help you today?" would be much more appropriate than jumping straight to, "You got a question?" It feels quite rude. It's not surprising that the customer service is subpar at this location. I had intended to purchase some drinks and medication, but after experiencing this type of service, I see no reason to spend my money here.
Almost everything is locked up and it takes them 5 minutes to get to you when you press the button!! Turns a 5-minute shopping trip into 15-20 minutes
The worst pharmacy to go to!!! They never approve my daughters prescriptions, but CVs I have no issues ever!!! I think their system is broken and their pharmacist are lazy one time I went there 3 times and my prescription was there but the pharmacist said it wasn’t! Lack of professionalism and knowledge and they don’t wana help you! Takes forever to fill a script and the drive through line expect 30 + min wait every time even if one car is ahead of u or no cars lol
Big fat liars. Make you constantly come back even though they tell you that you can pick up your meds at a certain time and they're always running out. Seems like every month I have a problem getting my meds or my child's
I wholeheartedly understand how busy these jobs can be but what isn’t okay is answering the phone and putting it on hold without any kind of greeting and then replacing someone on hold 7 times without a single word. Communication can make or break a business and this Walgreens pharmacy is only being used still because it’s cheap and in a convenient spot. Not trying to be a Karen I just needed info and was willing to wait but would have appreciated professionalism on the end of medical personnel. Still never got helped.
Don't try to call and ask a question because they'll put you on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up on you. I then showed up to talk about my prescription. They told me they would have it ready after 2 p.m. because of their lunch break. I showed back up at 5 p.m., and they said it wasn't ready but it would be mailed tomorrow. Just very unprofessional and disorganized. I hope they can make some changes. I hate having to come here. Will definitely change pharmacies for my next refill.
