I had a pretty bad experience with these guys, I worked with someone that was helpful & professional, which is why I give it more than 1 star. I spent a bunch of time getting it setup for my elderly mother, but about one week before we needed the medications, the pharmacist or owner appeared to refuse to fulfill their part. He claimed something about not being able to get them authorized, but when I talked to the insurance company they seemed to say they had been authorized. The owner or pharmacist appeared to be lying & even though they agreed to be preferred providers under the plan, he was all of a sudden refusing to fulfill that commitment. After a 3 party phone call he finally admitted it was the cost he had agreed to that was his issue. I'm still a bit uncertain & confused by it & don't positively know what the details of it were. From the information I gathered, it didn't seem logical, as though some information provided was missing. All I know is that one week before I needed my elderly mother's medications, I had to scramble to get them filled elsewhere because the owner or pharmacist had an issue with the price he had committed to selling them for. He seemed to be pretending that the insurance company wasn't paying anything & he expected his profit from what we were paying, as if there was no insurance coverage.

Great service. The pharmacist was able to answer my questions and gave me research data on specific questions regarding my medical history. Always polite. I was able to walk in for a flu shot rather than have to make an appointment, which was great.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even during this crazy last year with the pandemic, staff always seemed to have a smile on their face. I love the family atmosphere here. Highly recommend!

I have used RelyCare (perviously The Pharmacy) for YEARS! They are the most helpful, friendly, courteous and kind people of any business you will find anywhere. They always go out of there way to answer any questions and help getting refills if your Dr office is "not on the ball". They not only ask how I am doing but how my family is doing. This is the type of place that more of us need to use. A hometown business that considers you an important part of their business. Keep up the good work all!

I use this pharmacy because it is required by my living facility. My bill has some charges with a tax shown and others with none. The numbers do not add up?? I called to ask questions and after 3 weeks and 6 calls they returned my call. Their explanation for irregularities in the bill; yes...we know but it is not a priority to fix. Wow!

I buy my dogs insulin here and is reasonably priced. And the staff has always been nice and helpful on the phone and in person.

Got my covid vaccine here. Very well prepared and the pharmacist administering the shots was excellent and very professional.

Very nice, clean, organized pharmacy. Employees are always helpful and eager to answer any questions.

I've not been to such a great pharmacy in years. I'll be taking my business to them from now on.
