As usual the drive thru was not accessible-the person inside answered me on the drive thru but told me to come inside. I waited in line over 20 minutes inside with 5 people in front of me. When I left there were about 7 people in line behind me. They need more cashiers.

The “floating” pharmacist that was on duty when I was at CVS in Burtonsville on April 2, 2024 between 4 pm and 7 pm was rude and lacks customer decorum. She should not be dealing with the public and gives CVS a bad name. I hope to never encounter her again if I ever have to fill a prescription.
