I don’t understand how this pharmacy could even still be open. They don’t communicate with their customers when a prescription is being filled, or when it’s on hold or out of stock. I physically have to go look and see on my account what the hold up can be. Earlier today my mom was grabbing her prescriptions and she told me that the pharmacy let her know that their location was out of my medication so my prescription has not been filled. Last fill date being Feb 24th. They told her it would be in stock in 2-3 days so I hopped online and sent the pharmacy a message. There is a reason that people are prescribed medication and that is literally to function in daily life. Due to how long I have relied on the benefits of my prescription supposedly the withdrawal symptoms are pretty significant as also stated in the paperwork sent home with the prescription itself but they went on in and said it won’t be filled until April 3rd. That is 9 days away… not 2-3 days. My nurse practitioner sent in this script on March 17th when I last saw her to make sure it would be filled by the time my time was ready and she has always done this per visit we have as she wouldn’t have time to go in and do it when we don’t have an appointment… so that would be a sufficient amount of time for the pharmacy to inform me that I will need to contact her to cancel and switch locations to make sure I still receive it on time. Anywho… I called and the guy on the phone today was super rude. You’re being super rude to me why?! Because I’m curious how a 2-3 day of out of stock time frame could change to 9 days!? I said why can’t they just send it to a pharmacy nearby that has it and I was told my doctor would have to go in and change it like our medical providers have the time to do it. That’s absolutely absurd. When asking if I can find out where it is in stock he talked to me as if I am drug seeking or have malicious intent with the drug itself when I have been on this med for years now picking up my dose once a month… no one would be this adamant about their meds if they didn’t have to fight with the pharmacy about the lack of contact and how much of a time lapse would be in-between prescription fills… People don’t have time to search around to figure out if their prescription can be refilled where especially when we aren’t given info. So if we can’t do that, our doctors are too busy not in visits with us and not getting paid to do this extra work why in the heck can’t cvs send the script from the doctor to a local cvs that does have it!? Like hello I’m already in your system and so is my prescription so why am I sent on the wild goose chase for you guys!? You don’t have it in stock, your job to make sure the person prescribed gets the medication before their last dose runs out. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone and they put me on hold all for them to come back to the phone, take me off hold and hang up on me. So cool, you guys hung up to get me to shut up. That’s super sweet of them when I am literally on the phone asking what the heck to do with a 9 day time lapse from receiving my prescription that I cannot fill elsewhere…. Because that is an EXTREME time lapse. Instead they treat the person going off on them as if they are seeking out drugs to misuse them…. Like no find me a solution where my doctor doesn’t have to intervene with an already written script. Because your pharmacy is out of stock. Due to being hung up on I will assume they are filling everyone else’s script first as the medication comes in and they will fill mine last on April 3rd if they retain stock. But this is absolutely ridiculous and the policy is absurd. You have a shared system with every CVS in the area where you could see if I have been able to retain my meds you also have to go through my insurance which wouldn’t cover more than one months worth or allow me to fill two prescriptions through them and I have never paid for this med without insurance so before your team treats people like criminals for needing a PRESCRIBED medication be more understanding.

I always have a great experience at CVS. I am always notified when my prescriptions are available for renewal and when they are ready for pick up. The staff is friendly and efficient. I also get all my vaccines at CVS and am very happy with their system to make appointments and to receive the vaccine.

Young lady at pharmacy checkout is very weird. Doesn't seem to care about privacy. One man was still at the checkout and she called for next. Maybe serve two people at the same time? Weird. Started serving me but the customer that was already there was upset. She seems rude as well. My advice is to place people with zero customer service skills at the back. Nothing wrong with that. Some people are better at the back house anyway.

While at the self checkout register to pay for my items, I feel like I'm being watched. I turn around to see a female CVS worker of possibly Asian decent staring me down to make sure I'm paying for my items. That made me really agitated and irritated as she had another customer waiting to pay in the line. My first time at this CVS and will be my last time.

Always responsive, kind, reliable. If a mistake is made they work to correct it immediately. Staff seems overwhelmed at times, as this is a busy store, but never show a bad attitude. The store manager seems to support his staff...pitches in with tasks, and actively oversees the operations.
