We are always very pleased with our experience at this CVS location. Milburn and Herndon. We are always greeted promptly and reassured that our needs will be met. Crystal in the pharmacy is the most knowledgeable person and always very accommodating. We moved a significant distance away from this store but my wife refuses to switch pharmacies. The manager goes out of his way to make sure that all of our needs are met. 5 stars is not enough!
Since I moved to the area two years ago. This CVS on MIlburn has been my one stop shop. I order my pictures for work and they come out Awesome... Everything is easy to find and all the employees are always very Welcoming.. Plue the ExtraCare card is great when it comes to saving a few bucks.. Oh and the pharmacy is fast in the store and at the Drive-Thru...
Always fun to come around Halloween and see what they have, I also got my Covid-19 tests here and one time had to pick up a prescription after spending 9 hours at the E.R. I dropped off my prescription like 20min before they were closing expecting to be told it would be ready the next day instead a very rude older female Asian pharmacist asked why I was dropping it off so late and don’t I know they’re about to close. I said I would come the following day but she was all huffy puffy giving attitude entire time. Definitely won’t be bringing my prescriptions here again.
The staff here are super friendly, helpful, and professional. It makes my trips to CVS a lot more enjoyable, I sincerely thank them for their hard work, it always impressed me how they’re able to manage a number of clients in a short period of time.
I love the ease of being able to order my refills online. I am also pleased that they are able to provide a three month supply. I also love the ease of picking up through the drive-through or having my prescriptions delivered when possible. I would recommend to family and/or friends.
Never have I ever had a problem with this location, the staff and the manager are amazing, until Darin Heckler had to help me. All the pharmacists were respectful and caring to me accept Pharmacist named Andreas F WAGNER, who saw me few days ago and told me that I can come and pick up my medication in three days but probably forgot to put that in the system and backed Darin up for the mistake he made when he called me a lier to my clinic office staff and asked me at the end "Do you want your medication filled out or not." both of them need to learn how to communicate better with a patient and need to do their job the right way and if they can't, then they shouldn't be working in a pharmacy.
Scheduling my desired vaccines through the app was very easy, and my experience with a professional team member who administered the vaccinations was extremely satisfactory. Because of this first experience, I am going to schedule all my vaccinations through CVS rather than my primary care physician.
This pharmacy location (Herndon/Milburn) is by far the best. Every single staff person is kind and helpful. Crystal is a phenomenal tech, and Courtney, the head pharmacist, is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are able to obtain your prescriptions. My husband’s scripts are very sensitive and they do not turn patients away cuz of their scripts (I called 37 different pharmacies before this pharmacy location would accept the scripts). Too, the staff are always kind. We’ve been going to this location since 2021, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy that will fill their scripts and kind and caring staff. Highly recommend.
First time using this pharmacy. Very efficient and friendly, especially the cashier!
Prescriptions are put in a paper bag and stapled shut. I now have to stop the CSR and ask them to open the bag and allow me to see the contents. I do this because two times at this pharmacy they shorted me on my Insulin bottles. In the past, I have shred the paper stapled to the bag, then I stored my insulin to newest date in the back. By the time I opened the bag and found I was not given all of my insulin, three months had passed and the receipt had been shredded. When I went back to the pharmacy they insisted I had purchased the insulin at CVS online. I had not ordered any of my insulin online at that time. Now I order online because they give my all the bottles at one time. I have no way to replace the insulin bottles the CVS shorted me. They treat me like I am not telling the truth and refuse to do the right thing. I dislike this store very much.
