CVS Pharmacy

The worst pharmacy I have seen in the 13 years that I’ve been getting medication. Every time I go there to pick up my prescription, they tell me to come back in 20 minutes. It’s never ready. Even though the day before, they text me themselves saying to come and pick it up. I even go two days later, and still they tell me to wait another 20 minutes for my medication to be ready. The line is always long, the staff are extremely irresponsible, and I used to get my medication from Rite Aid before. In the past 13 years, I never had this kind of problem. Since I started coming here, in the past two or three months I’ve gone about ten times, and each time they’ve told me to come back in 20 minutes. The staff are very rude, and I’m absolutely not satisfied with this pharmacy.

I had to go in to pick up a prescription after minor eye surgery. The pharmacist, Marielle, was compassionate, warm and patient when asking questions. She was knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions. A few days later I needed to fill one of the prescriptions. Not only did she remember me but she also remembered the issue with my eye. She showed concern, empathy, and a large dose of friendliness. That’s impressive these days! Thank you Marielle! You totally make CVS look good!! 😊

Gotta be the worst visit I’ve had in ages to a pharmacy.. went the other day for a few shots for school.. tdap, mmr, chickenpox. She claims I don’t need a second dose for mmr and takes it off my order, gives me the other two and has the needle in my arm for a solid 15 seconds and immediately after my face got super hot, ears started ringing, felt like I was gonna throw up and faint. To top it all off I needed all of those shots for school to enroll in classes next year… now that I got the chickenpox I have to wait 14 days which is a bigger deal than it might seem.. smh

Cleanly place with lovely customer service. The staff are professional, efficient, and delightful to chat with in between machine processes. Always willing to help and show genuine empathy and concern for their patients wellbeing.

I have been using this particular CVS Pharmacy for over 10 years. I have not met a staff member I have not liked. They all go above and beyond to fulfill my copious prescriptions. Recently the doctor prescribed to me a new item, but there was an issue with my insurance. Working diligently, they coordinated between the insurance, the doctor and the pharmacist to get me what I needed. It took a few days, but every time I checked in, Liz was right there with an update. I know there's an app, but I like the personal interactions I get with the staff. I don't get out much, so it's nice to see a smiling, friendly face greeting me when I stop by. Like Sara. She knows me by name, is bubbly and friendly. The technicians here are one of the reasons I highly recommend this place. I don't want to offend any of the other staff, but Chase is my favorite pharmacist. He's always right there to answer questions if I need anything. He keeps me up to date on my shots (I think he likes giving me shots! LOL) and goes above and beyond when I need it.

Just transferred my prescriptions here YESTERDAY. Call today to get a refill and the automated system does not recognize anything and they do not answer the phone there! They make you leave a message and will get back. I apparently made a HUGE mistake transferring here! They have not called back yet and I need my meds. CVS is AWFUL folks. Just like Walgreens. We are all stuck in California Round 2. Tried to check for refill on prescriptions. They had to call me back again. Now that is a new rule. You have to have a vall back to get the prescribed medications that your doctor wants you to take. CVS thinks it's fine to waste peoples time for their basic needs to be met

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Bri and Chase are awesome! It is always so quick and easy to pick up my prescription from them!

Pharmacist Na informed me that she had my prescription available but was about to go on break so it wouldn’t be able to do transaction for an hour. Great customer service. Won’t be coming back.
