The staff was very helpful and directed me quickly to the OTC allergy medicine I needed. They even had a generic version. Price was very reasonable and save me a 30 mile drive to Show Low. We’ve owned a home here for over 10 years and although I knew it was in Heber I never stopped. I’ll be back.

💊 Pharmacy with reliable next-day fulfillment Visiting my mother-in-law in Heber for a few weeks and we needed a ketoconazole shampoo. They only had a few OTC fungal/ringworm creams (which we were already using). After a quick virtual teledoc visit, the doctor sent over two prescriptions to help tackle this stubborn fungus: 2% ketoconazole shampoo (2x weekly) and 2% ketoconazole cream (2x daily). The pharmacy ordered both and had them ready by the next afternoon (~3pm). I confirmed insurance coverage, and pickup was smooth. Appreciated the prompt turnaround and helpful communication! ❤️

Although very outstanding service, it's a smaller pharmacy in Heber Overgaard and You will pay more than if you were at walgreens or c.V s !

Just transferred my scripts to this pharmacy because they accepted my insurance and I wanted to "shop local". Just filled my first script here, I'm on trip #5 to the pharmacy to pick up the order. I'll spare you the details but every time I go in it's not ready, it will be done this afternoon, or it's not in stock. I was told Monday it was ready for pick-up. I was there everyday this week and was never able to walk out of the store with the order in my hand. So, not off too a great start, but on the positive side, the ladies working there are very nice, and very helpful. Great customer service, just not so hot on the order details.

Decent pharmacy for a small town. Im used to city options like Walgreens or CVS, more to choose from. Found out after multiple pickups that they never had my Ins. on file. Now that I am trying to add it, I've been waiting for 30 mins to pickup. Why?

This was the most unusual experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was at an urgent care in Show Low and had them send my script to the pharmacy in town around 10am. I arrived at the pharmacy after 2pm to pickup my prescription. I was absolutely dumbfounded when I was told it hadn't been filled yet, but if I'd like I could wait in their little area for half an hour while they fill it. Four staff members including the pharmacist himself and in four hours they hadn't gotten around to filling a prescription that came from an urgent care for powerful antibiotics. Needing rest and recovery, I opted to wait on my antibiotics because luckily I had gotten a shot before I left the urgent care. The following day I called to ask for a status on my prescription and was told it was in queue for being reviewed by the pharmacist and that if I stopped by around closing time that it should be ready. I received a text message after 4pm that it was ready; I went down immediately to retrieve it and already within fifteen minutes it had gotten lost among the baskets. This level of service is unacceptable. If the prescription had been for one of my elderly parents with an infection like what I have I don't think I could have kept my cool.

My wife and I have been utilizing this pharmacy for about two (2) years now. They're by far the best pharmacy we've employed in our lives. Extremely efficient, timely, and compassionate. The entire staff is awesome. We're an uber-fan of Page...she's super smart and helpful!!!!

White Mtn Pharmacy is my favorite because they are responsive, prompt, and thorough when filling my prescriptions and providing information and advice. The staff is very kind and friendly and accommodating. The store is very well stocked with other health and wellness products and reflects the Management's desire to provide full service to our community. I appreciate all they have done for me and our community❤️

The employees are so great. I love the new pharmacy I have. They take care of getting your prescriptions when you need them. They get all of my prescriptions ready at the same time! This is a big plus because you don’t have to keep going back and you’ll always have what you need!

A pharmacy with compassion and kindness to their customers that is above board. They are very knowledgeable all medicines and they really go out of their way to achieve your Pharmacy needs. If they don't have it they will order it for you and their prices are very reasonable and not overpriced.

I've had mix ups on my medication recently. They called the insurance and they got it worked out for me. They have a nice staff that go above and beyond. I'm so greatful they are here in overgaard. Thank you for taking care of our little community. Your a God send to all.

Other than having to wait 2 days for Brylinta this Pharmacy is amazing and very professional, the staff is knowledgeable and treats customers with respect and like family. This Pharmacy brings back the local town feel!
