Lorenzo Apothecary

I unfortunately have had to deal with pharmacies in the past several years due to several surgeries I have needed and I can honestly say without a doubt that Lorenzo's Apothecary is by far the best pharmacy locally including surrounding towns in every way possible. David and his friendly staff are so nice and helpful. David makes sure each and every customer is treated kindly while receiving help for all of their needs. David also makes sure that the medication you are prescribed is the correct medication for your needs. As far as pharmacy's go, Lorenzo's Apothecary can't be beat. A big thanks to David and his staff for being number one in my book.

These people care about you an your medication. David is awesome remembers his customers BY NAME! You really should stop in the pharmacy it is beautiful an staff is always warm an welcoming. Plus they jellybean of all sorts. Thank you to the staff an of course David thank you for making us family too.

I could not speak more highly of Lorenzo Apothecary! I was having RX availability issues with a local big box location. I called Lorenzo to see if they could assist; both Sarah and David were remarkably kind, prompt, and helpful. They were compassionate and showed zero judgment with my medication needs, and my RX was immediately available upon notifying my doctor! Not to mention, their shop is adorable and has some really neat stuff, like candy, candles, and supplements! I am beyond grateful for Lorenzo Apothecary’s fantastic care and service!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever had delivers so I don't have to worry about how I'm going to get my stuff and they have an assortment of jelly bellies that are delicious especially ice cream ones my stuff arrives on time so I don't have to figure out what day I'll get them same time every month I diffently recommend this pharmacy and if you get the chance stop in side it's nice there and everyone is welcoming

Lorenzo's Apothecary goes above and beyond on a regular basis. The (David) owner has a genuine concern for his customers and goes the extra mile every time. I've tried all the pharmacies in Sterling and hands down Lorenzo's is by far the best.

Highly recommend! I am not someone that normally writes reviews, but Lorenzo’s is worth it! I have a complex child that needs many medications. They are always very genuine and happy to help us. So grateful for them!

Unlike big box pharmacies, Lorenzo Apothecary provides personalized services. I have appreciated David and his staff following through on their promises to help me with some challenging pharmacy needs. I drive to Lorenzo's from two counties away because of how committed they are to their customers. The store is great and I love the location with plenty of curbside parking. These days I actually look forward to stopping by my pharmacy. That was never the case before I switched to Lorenzo's Apothecary.

They are always friendly and helpful. They could get prescription meds when others could not.

We will always be loyal customers to Lorenzo's apothecary we used to go to Walgreens but they couldn't always fill our daughters prescription so we gave Lorenzo's a try and instantly fell in love with their kind service. David and his staff are very professional and have treated us very well even going out of their way to find much needed and appreciated discounts on medicine used to treat our Daughters seizures.
