My physical therapist recommended Maag's for compression garments. Tiffany seems too be the only person that works in with compression garments and she only works weekdays until 5pm. It makes it challenging to drive over 20 miles to get a fitting. I took vacation time from work to get fitted. Tiffany rarely returns telephone calls and is not a very pleasant person. I felt as if I was a bother to her. She was a little snarky as I asked questions about styles and compression strengths. It took over 6 wks to get my order. I was told I could pick it up on Saturday. Upon entering the store on Sat. I waited at the home health counter for over 10 min. Employee's saw me but didn't offer assistance. While still waiting at the counter inside the store I telephone MAAGs and asked for assistance. A pharmacy rep came to help me but had to telephone Tiffany at home to find where my items were. All this to find out the wrong strength was ordered. I "do not" recommend Maag's due to poor customer service. We will see if Tiffany will call me on Monday.

Maags is fantastic! Their pharmacy staff has always been great. I recently worked with their medical supply department for the first time, and they also were informative, patient, and prompt.

We had great service from Tiffany and every delivery man that helped us get a working chair from Golden Lift Chair Company. The Maag Team did not let us down in the long process, always friendly service.

We just switched my Mom over to Maags, because of the issues with getting her medication on time, if at all. We chose Maags from reviews, the fact that they are a local business, and they do bubble packs. We've found that they are VERY rude! I personally haven't seen one person care that my elderly mother has been without crucial medications for over 4 days. I will find her another place to get her medication, and I WILL NOT recommend Maags to anyone, I will tell them to go anywhere else, just not this pharmacy!
