My doctor sends my prescription to this place. It's a bit far for me to pick it up. They offer a delivery service for $5 but the delivery person will leave the package anywhere and just leave. I didn't know the package was delivered until I wondered about it and looked on my webcam. Sure enough, they had delivered it a day later than promised and they just dropped it and drove away, with no doorbell, knock, or delivery confirmation. The winds blew it away before I could get to it (the next day when I found out) so their compromise is that I have to drive to them to get it. I asked for shipment services but they didn't feel like offering that. I'm asking my dr if there's another pharmacy that I can use.
They are very slow. No one that works there greets people or smiles at people when they come in. There is no eye contract, the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. The one lady that works there, I believe she’s from India, is always very rude and tries her best not to be helpful. She talks down to people as if she is way above them. The young man, I’m guessing early twenties, dark hair, that works there, referred to me as sweetie numerous times. When I dropped off the prescriptions they never told me the insurance company would not cover compound prescriptions, so needless to say I was a little surprised with the high bill price when I picked them up. I know it’s not necessarily their job to tell the customer about coverage, but I’m done with giving them my business, I’m gonna stick with my friendly Harris Teeter pharmacy for all other medicines. They inform me of everything when I drop off prescriptions, they are friendly, caring, they get to know me and speak respectfully to me.
Love the staff at this pharmacy! They are very nice and helpful. Quick in and out. The longest I've waited is 15 minutes. They have a good variety of medical supplies. Walked, canes, bathroom assist products, support devices and shoes.
Really good pharmacy. Friendly staff and they always have what's needed. I had to switch from a 24hr CVS because they were always on back order. I do wish they had better hours, but I'm glad the employees have time off and aren't overworked. 😊 …
Last week I went to Prosperity Pharmacy to get my 2nd Covid Test prior to my upcoming surgery. I was a nervous wreck because the 1st test was very painful. I was having a terrible day at work and I just wanted to go away somewhere alone. Well, this time a very nice lady named Page did my Covid Test and she was awesome! I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. A little discomfort and that's it. We chatted for a few because she knew how nervous I was. When I left from there, I felt much better emotionally because she was so sweet. I felt like I've known her forever. She was totally down to earth. Thank you Page for making me feel better than I've felt in a while. I wish there where more people like you. You're a Blessing. I won't forget your kindness. ~Sandra
The service is excellent. Specially Jeanie! She's very knowledgeable and have now changed pharmacies. If everything continuous like this I will refer my entire family here! Only issue I've had is them not having all my medication in stock all the time so at times i have to wait until the the next afternoon.
My son's specialist sent his compounded medication to this pharmacy. The person that helped me didn't flavor the medication because they thought it was too small of a dose (my son is only 1 yr old) it is very difficult to give him something that tastes bitter (no matter what dose). Also when I asked about the medication, I felt rushed and not all my questions were answered. It was definitely not a great experience.
Love love this pharmacy!! Victoria is your go to pharmacist. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for from your neighborhood pharmacy? Had an issue recently with scarring on my arm. Tried everything over the counter from mederma to vitamin e to cocoa butter but nothing seemed to work. Came here at my wits end and Victoria had a scar cream that she had compounded (pharmacies still do this??) that she asked me to try. Two weeks later and I can honestly say I am a believer. The scars aren't as angry or red looking and have smoothed out. Thanks Victoria and prosperity pharmacy!!
They will tell you to wait. Good service
I have never left a review any where on anything so when I say this place is bad, I mean it. They wasted my time and gas two days in a row. Save yourself time and gas and literally go anywhere else.
