Walmart Pharmacy

I LOVE ANTHONY! HE'S SO COOL AND STRONG! AND SUCH A STRONG AND COOL GUY!

This was my first time experiencing poor service at a pharmacy. One of the technicians was insistent that my medication had to be generic, repeatedly stating “by law” without offering any real explanation. When I asked for clarification on the law itself, she just kept repeating “by law” without further elaboration. While the law is intended to promote affordability, in my case, the brand-name medication was actually cheaper than the generic. Moreover, the very law she repeatedly cited states that consumers must be informed of their right to refuse substitution—meaning that she was the one not following the law. Despite this, she continued to insist otherwise and seemed annoyed rather than making any effort to understand my perspective. In reality, patients can refuse substitution, yet she ignored this fact. Fortunately, a pharmacist in the back overheard our conversation and confirmed my claim—but the technician offered no apology or acknowledgment. Very disappointing service. Patients deserve accurate information and respectful communication, not dismissiveness, misinformation or entitlement.

The workers, the managers, the store manager and pharmacy staff -in general, are probably the most experienced and definitely the most congenial out of all the Long's I've dealt with. No lie. Thank you Team 850 Kam Hwy Long's! You guys rock! 24 Hours too🤙 Ray
