Walgreens Pharmacy

This is to be the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Multiple times I have came in, waited ober 20 minutes to be told the order isn't available. Days after it was called in. Even still, came back a week later after traveling for work and the script is available but not ready for pick up. The pharmacist is letting scripts back up until people show up. Unacceptable to let an order sit that long. Been going for years. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but it is clear this is how she runs the pharmacy. We are switching to CVS for good.

Going into the store to get your medication because the drive thru is busy and you get treated like you are a piece of crap! So when I tell Drew the cashier my name and he looks for my medicine he said well with this type of medication you needed to go through the drive thru. Excuse me!!! There’s NO SIGNS saying anything of that order. Then as he was walking to find the medication he puts his mask on. Yes, I have Covid and yes I had a mask on! It’s NOT the end of the world. Then As I left he told the people behind me to hold up I need to clean the area! Wow! And they are professionals!!! NOT I’m still shitty about this! This isn’t the only time that Drew has been rude!!! They are going to lose business because of him! Oh and if you don’t want to get sick The pharmacy isn’t the place to work!!!

Service at the pharmacy is awful!!! Waited for long time, line didn't move, I left. Have to go back because I need my insulin tonight!

Pharmacy always takes a few minutes whether drive thru or in store but the staff are nice and the freezer section is good. There are way too many candy aisles but the store is clean and parking is good. Have never had an issue with any item I bought there. The checkout process at the front is always the worst part, takes longer than it should and always ends up with a line somehow. Sometimes the checkout machines dont work right, so best to check out at the pharmacy if you can.

You will wait for 30-45 mins in line yo get your meds. If the persons meds aint ready tell them to pull back around or come back. Its ridiculous how the line is in the street of MacArthur everyday

Not only have they given me other peoples prescriptions, they make you wait hours and hours after being told they’d have it ready in half an hour even when you’re in terrible pain. There by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with

Ili was great help!!! Because it was too cold outside I opted for drive through. She even went inside pharmacy to get me Tylenol bottle from OTC.
