Needed help finding an item that was recommended by my doctor. The employee who helped me could not find the item and tried to send me to another town to check another walgreens. My walgreens app was showing this item in stock in the Pana store I was in. Instead of helping me continue to look, the store employee vaguely gestured to another aisle it could be down and walked off. After 10 more minutes I found the item myself. It would be nice to have employees trained on how to find items in the store or at least add locations of the items in the store to your app so people have an idea where to look.
