It's always something, half the time they don't have my insurance on file except they do, the pharmacist has to "fix it" and the other half the time they don't have my prescription, even 6+ hours later. Always a fun time when you're in pain, or your kid is sick.

I have a great disdain for the automated answering service. It takes forever to get through to a real person. I don't care about Pharmacist lunch break and I don't need the full run down of the hours every time I call. Whitch is once a month. Other than that the people whom work here are friendly and helpful. The people I give 5 stars to and thank you for your services ✨️

Yes it’s a pain to get through to a human (I just say speak to a pharmacy tech as often as I need to), but for the last four months of prescriptions, I have ALWAYS had a kind human waiting on the other end for questions and updates.
