I've gone to this pharmacy for many years to have prescriptions filled and get flu shots or COVID boosters. The workers are all supremely friendly and kind. They remember me even when it's been a while since my last visit. Honestly, interacting with them constitutes some of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. Their care and patience are admirable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Just was the store , long line asked cashier if she would call for extra support and she NeVeR did…. Where is the customer service? Why do customers have to wait? Time is money and money is Time!!!! Service, Service

Pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Thats why I give this only two stars. I really like everything else about it. This is a much smaller and older Walgreens than the one two blocks north but I like that it's less congested. The pharmacy staff are helpful but the pharmacy hours are abysmal.

The pharmacy is always open late. The techs will be there but the actual pharmacist is always late so no scripts can be filled or open the pharmacy.

Always under staff, huge lines, poor customer service, come on this DT Chicago, third largest city in the country, State Street and u can’t keep staff for locals and tourists?? Better shut off
