Wife went to fill her antibiotic on 1-24-24 they told her it would be a hour. She went back into store they told her it would be another hour. I called the next day 1-25-24 at 130 pm they said they had to send up a representative from st. Albans because they are the only staffed store and my prescription would be ready at 230. I called back at 517pm they said give them an hour they would fill it and I watched on app it literally took them 1 minute. Place is a joke and I’ve had prescriptions called in there and be in process on the app for 6-7 days!!!
Honest Reviews
A pharmacist with a bad attitude, exhibits bad behavior toward customers, staff as well as other pharmacists. She further acts as if she deserves some type of special treatment and respect but does nothing to earn it. The pharmacy employees are wonderful and unfortunately that doesn’t outweigh the bad behavior of the pharmacist. I must recommend you use a different pharmacy.
