Erik at Ella Pharmacy is very personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely wants to help people. I am not getting that service at CVS. It is refreshing to find a pharmacy that cares about their patients! Thank you, Ella Pharmacy.
Loved them until I was lied to by two pharmacists there. They won’t fill mine and my son’s ADD med because our insurance doesn’t pay enough on it (so they said). But when a rep from my insurance co called them on 2/5, they agreed to keep filling it. So when I called on 2/11 to have my sons med filled, I was shocked when I was told again insurance doesn’t pay enough, we can’t fill it. My son on the spectrum needed his medicine the next day and I scrambled to get his ped to send the script to another pharmacy and he went a day without his medicine. For a kid with severe ADHD and Autism, it was awful for him to be off his med. The Kroger Pharmacy at 161st/Spring Mill is AWESOME and will fill for us now. Ella also lied again. A female there told me on 1/17 when I had to pay a $75 copay for my med that Ella would reimburse me that $75 once my insurance approved my med and back dated it. A pharmacist there told my insurance co on 2/5 they would reimburse me as well. But 2x I asked for my refund and two pharmacists didn’t want to mess with it because it was extra work for them. Not cool. The pharmacists at Ella are very dishonest. I’d skip this place if I were you. In our case the bigger pharmacies are better.
Love this pharmacy they are always quick about getting my prescriptions ready and are always so nice and understanding.
The team at Ella Community Pharmacy has always filled my prescriptions on time, when I needed them, and never have dealt with an outage of medication for me. Their customer service, attention to detail, and general professionalism is above-and-beyond anywhere else. Having such an exceptional pharmacy in our community, run by members of our community, is amazing.
We have been using Ella Community Pharmacy for a very long time. It's nice when you go in and they know your name and welcome you like family! Thank you and keep up the great customer service.
We could not be anymore thankful to have Ella Pharmacy in our community. My wife is on a controlled substance which Walgreens made a nightmare to get, even one point giving us 30/60 pills and saying there was nothing they could do because the prescription was filled. I know with Ella if there's a problem, I can talk to an actual problem solver who is empowered to figure things out.
I just moved to Westfield from the other side of Hamilton County. My mom has lived in Westfield for many years and I have always seen this cute little pharmacy but never visited until I moved over here. I haven't dealt with the actual pharmacy part, but my roommate has when he got my meds for me one day. Everyone in there is the friendly and sweetest. It reminds me kinda of the small town general store as well. I hope this little town very changes with the small family businesses. Those are always my favorite!
Got my vaccine. Showed up on the wrong date and Erik kindly accommodated me into the schedule. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Love our hometown pharmacy.
Endearing boutique pharmacy with a family feel. They knew everyone who came in to the store by name and were funny and engaging while fulfilling our requests. When the national chains disappoint (which doesn't take long), give these folks a call and stop by for a visit.
Great people. Prices are comparable and they are actually, you know, nice. Like pharmacies used to be...
