I have been having issues with my prescriptions since we switched insurance at my work. The other day I connected with Becca (sp?) and she was amazing. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She managed to solve my problems with my prescriptions when no one else seemed to be able to, or just didn't care. I wish I got her every time I needed to call.

The absolute worst pharmacy to is for people with serious health conditions! Their lives literally count on getting their meds in a timely manner! They refuse to use fed ex or ups. They use private couriers. Which have no specific schedule! Nor communicate with the patients. I have a daily injection that's temperature controlled. It can't get too hot or too cold. Yet this pharmacy doesn't seem to care. If I miss two doses even I could be hospitalized. To my body produces too much inflammation! It mimics covid. This injection is called a biologic. It keeps th inflammation under control. I could die if the shots aren't good. I suffer greatly in the meantime. I literally cannot function without this medication. It's beyond me why they're still using such poor delivery method! It's a months supply too! At a retail cost of about $5,500! None will replace it either! I'm still waiting on delivery for this months! It was sent out early this morning apparently

Wow! I can't express how pleased I am with the quality of service I have received from ATP thus far. It's impossible to overstate the difference in care between this specialty mail order pharmacy and pharmacies like CVS Specialty or Accredo. Kudos to their professional staff! Very knowledgeable and flexible to fit my needs!

One of the most unprofessional pharmacies I have dealt with. One particular employee was very rude and patronizing towards me. I don't deserve to be talked to that way.
