Pharmaneek Pharmacy Services

I would avoid this pharmacy. I used them for compound tirzepatide. They didn't send me a full vial of medicine and they sent me syringes with broken needles. There was no invoice or documentation in package I received with my meds. I tried calling them numerous times to find out the cost and was just put on hold each time but was able to leave a messages. A week passed before they called me back it was to collect payment. They don't have a secure payment method and wanted me to email them my credit card. They would not provide a direct phone number to speak with anyone. They provided me an email to someone who also would not provide me a direct phone number and again requested I email them my credit card number. I asked about the incorrect dosage and was told I was wrong. She was professional and ignorant.

I have to call to get my refills sent which should be automatic and then they don't even deliver my refills when they're supposed to after I call. I have went into withdrawal several times from them failing to deliver my prescriptions when they're supposed to. I'll probably be switching to Genoa I've never had these problems with them.

A representative called from Pharmaneek 1/22/25. They stated they were going to deliver my father in laws meds on Thursday. I asked the delay it 1 day due to doctor appointments. I couldn't guarantee anyone would be here when they arrived. Friday at 5:15, still no.meds. I called and they informed me they had tried multiple times to.call to confirm delivery. Neither my husband or myself received a call. Why did they need to confirm delivery again? Now my father in law will be without some of his meds over the weekend. We had delivery like this to make things easier for all including continuing independence for my father in law. He didn't have to ask someone to come set his meds, pick up meds or worry he was out of something. This is very disappointing.

Have tried several times to speak to a representative…never can get through. They take your money send the meds…no direction or help.

Pharmaneek has been an A+ service to my disabled wife for over two years. Prescriptions have been filled and delivered on the same day more often than not. If you are in need of a local (Indianapolis) pharmacy delivery service I highly recommend Pharmaneek Pharmacy Services. *****

Katherine, Andrea, Roxanna, Susan, Bree, and Agnes have all helped me tremendously. I have MHS and I'm on the right choice program meaning I can only have one doctor and one pharmacy. In my case this is very difficult. A clinic that I go to Raphael,.are going through a staff change. I've seen two P.A.'s both have left. Mhs wants me to have prescriptions signed by a Dr Roth who I've never seen before. I will see him next week but I've been dealing with MHS since they put me on that program in January. Weekly I called MHS to ask if i could please have my medicine..i get sick if i don't have it. Let me tell you; the wonderful staff at pharmaneek has helped me deal with this mess that MHS has created. I'm so impressed by the work they put in making phone calls and being on hold. They dealt with,MHS, Raphael, and cvs. The insurance was so frustrating that I was almost in tears several times. Thank you ladies!! I'm sure Pharmaneek is grateful to have each you. (It may be time for a raise) Also the delivery is awesome as well. Timely and accurate. Thank you for everything!! Dawn

I am so grateful for Pharmaneek. It's great to have them deliver my meds right to my door. The delivery people are always polite and helpful. Being in a wheelchair, makes it hard to get out of the house. It's also a pleasure to be able to talk with them when I need to check on my prescriptions. They are always polite and eager to help.

Don't trust this company to supply your RX needs. Incompetent personnel! They set up an appointment to come to my home and never showed up. I called to find out if they were still coming out and told that the representative Patrick was running about 15-20 minutes late. When I called back after being 3 hours late...I was told Patrick went home sick. There wasn't a phone call telling me that my appointment was cancelled. I will never trust this company to handle anything to do with my medications. Beware of dealing with Pharmaneek!

Pharmaneek is on time and on point with all my medications. The entire staff, pharmacy are always very courteous and helpful. Emergency scripts are filled and delivered that day or following. They are closed weekends but deliver late on Friday's. I recommend using this pharmacy 100%!

Most incompetent company I have ever encountered. I had no affilliation with with Pharmaneek until last week. That's when they somehow entered my number into their system and started harassing my phone with calls. I have called three seperate times trying to get my number out of their system and have been assured each time that I will be removed, yet every time I have been woken up early by a phone call the next morning. 100% would not recommend this company to anyone. Apparently, not a single employee has a clue whats going on.
